Biker is a sandwich guy, and with the heat we haven't been cooking much, so I made a "New Jersey Sloppy Joe" for him the other day, and he's in love! He had never heard of these, so I thought I'd share it with ya all.
Start with three slices of rye bread, and spread Thousand Island dressing on a slice, then add ham and swiss cheese. Mix Thousand Island and cole slaw and pile it on, then another slice of bread. For the second layer, spread more dressing, then roast beef and turkey, followed by more of the cole slaw mixture and the last slice of bread. That's it, and they're great! They're even giving the BELTCHO a run for their money!
Biker calls them "Messy Joesphs"
