Comparison of two pictures I took at about the same time, just minutes apart

My parents and I redid the bathroom in April. One evening I grabbed my digital camera to take more pictures of the work in progress and when I looked at the pictures I saw this whitish mist. I remember being in the bathroom in the same spot a day later and I had a feeling of electricity coming off the wall but I figured there must be a reasonable explanation for it. Another night I went into the bathroom and it got so icy cold all of a sudden I had to get out of there, I was freezing. It was gone when I went back to check half an hour later.

Is your family experiencing any strange/unusual phenomenon in your home?

No, I don't think they've ever felt anything unusual in my home but my mother ignores everything for self protection, she's really afraid of the paranormal so if she did she would not tell me, as for my father, he does not believe in the paranormal either although he does seem to feel something. My personal experience when they visit is, I never feel the presence nearby, only when I'm alone in a room but never when they are in the same room with me.
