his military unit way back in 1976 devised a mock terrorist attack of the Twin Towers exactly like what occurred on 9/11.

McNiven, who first went public in an affidavit included in a 9/11-related federal conspiracy (RICO) lawsuit filed against Bush and others in 2004, claims his unit was ordered to create the "perfect terrorist plan" using commercial airliners as weapons and the Twin Towers as their target.

The publicized version of the study, commissioned by Congress, was to identify security lapses and submit corrective measures to lawmakers. However, McNiven claims the real purpose of the study was to brainstorm how to pull off the perfect terrorist attack using the exact same 9/11 scenario.

The study, commissioned to C-Battery 2/81st Field Artillery, U.S. Army, stationed in Strassburg, Germany in 1976, specifically devised the scenario of the Twin Towers being leveled by Middle Eastern terrorists using commercial airliners and even plastic box cutters to bypass security.

To silence critics, McNiven has successfully passed a credible lie detector test regarding his participation in the study as well as other specific orders given to him by his superiors in case of a real attack on the Twin Towers.

The head of the 1976 mock terrorist plan was Lt. Michael Teague of Long Island, who McNiven says was given specific orders by higher-ups in the military to use the Twin Towers as the terrorist target.

McNiven said he has been unable to contact Lt. Teague, but was interested in his opinion now that "the 9/11 attacks happened the way we planned them in 1976."

"I remember Lt. Teague changed the scenario of the supposed study from a 100 story building to the Twin Towers," recalled McNiven, emphasizing that Lt. Teague was acting on specific orders from unknown superiors.

"He then said he thought it was very strange to be asked to devise a plan to blow up your own home town. But as I watched the Twin Towers really collapse on the morning of September 11th, I realized I was watching the very same thing we devised in the 1976."

Since that ominous realization, McNiven has devoted his entire life to alerting the American public about the similarities between 9/11 and the 1976 study without much success, his story basically being ignored by politicians and the mainstream media.

McNiven has made public a detailed list of about 40 names of those individuals who took part in the mock terrorist plan, including Col. Robert Morrison, Maj. Joe Dipiero, Sgt. Middleton, Sgt. Arroyo and many others.

Get a whole gang of folks to discuss the 1976 mock attack of the W.T.C. ... and how it laid the groundwork for the real thing.

It's too bad you can't get Osama bin Laden on the panel too.

Then again, ... he didn't have anything to do with it anyway. :D

The movie dealt with the idea that El Nino and other severe permanent weather changes on Earth were being done by extraterrestrials (who had taken on the form of humans) in order to adapt the planet to their own needs.

A panel with McNiven and Teague would make a GREAT show... regardless of what one believes about the attacks in 2001, the fact that such a scenario was plotted out - and on the Gov'ts orders, no less! - 25 years before it happened should be of utmost interest. I think this would be just fascinating radio!

Actually, ... with the LOSS of so many weekend Coast listeners according to Arbitron, .. I doubt that quite so many people are bothering to comment on what Art has to say about 9-11 anymore.

Personally, .. I was happy when Art wasn't talking about 9-11 at all.
He's talented enough to do a great talk radio program every week, ... without having to resort to the name calling and propaganda tactics that folks like Rush Limbaugh, Shawn Hannity, and Bill O'Riley have to use in order to get folks all worked up about their programs.

Art is the one who picked a fight with everyone who is looking at the evidence of what happened on 9-11-2001.

If Art Bell has actually looked at the same evidence that I’ve looked at, .. intelligent man that he is, ... then he is obviously a LIAR in saying that there is no evidence of a conspiracy on the part of the Bush administration concerning the events of 9-11-2001.

George W. Bush, Rumsfield, and everyone on the 9-11 Commission has lied about everything concerning this case ... right from the very beginning!

Anyone who hasn't CLEARLY seen this, .. simply HAS NOT looked at the evidence!

• There was no hijacked 757 at the site of the explosion at the Pentagon on 9-11-2001!
• There were no hijacked American Airlines passenger aircrafts crashed into the WTC towers!
... they were CLEARLY PHOTOGRAPHED as military 767 cargo planes with special attachments on their undercarriages.

And that’s just the very tip of the iceberg.

There’s a MOUNTAIN of evidence pointing at the United States Military Industrial Complex as being the ONLY people with the means, motive, and opportunity to pull this thing off.

With the recent revelations concerning the death of Hunter S. Similar images, too similar to be coincedence, of "Fish Men", that is, men with the head of fish or men with the body of a serpent, show up in Sacred Ruins from Egypt to The Maldives to Mexico to The South Pacific.
The placement of these images, for example, indicates that these "beings" were revered or feared or both as "gods" back when these Monuments and Temples were first built.

IMNSHO your "obsession" with "The Lizard People" has some basis in History and fact.

As I have said, another reason for me to stay in Alaska. For all their technology, they simply cannot keep warm enough in a cold climate, they HATE the cold. This may explain their attempts to warm the entire planet. The danger is, the "tipping point" at which "Global Warming" becomes an Ice Age.
