To get this opened early again, as so if people do want to stop in and chat it's here :wiggle:

Tonight on Coast, Planetary Scientist Dan Durda will be giving an update on near Earth asteroids and space exploration.

From the C2C website...

Listener Jerry sends us this photo of "Marsha" , a 7 foot tall, fiberglass dragon he constructed and put in Heron Pond in Washington. She has been there for 20 years. Marsha is now "pregnant" and the local newspaper is running a contest to find a name for the baby.

Enjoy and Have Fun!!!!!

I was just thinking the same thing. It seems to me this whole Schiavo deal is becoming a left vs right thing. I agree, it is very sad.

Thanks for clarifying your position on the 9-11 deal George. I appreciate it. At least you are willing to have open minded discussions on the subject and will allow opinions to be expressed that you don't necessarily agree with.

Ah another space-oriented show, thats a breath of fresh air compared to some of the topics onair recently - right Thomas? If only the Great Hoagland could call in with a comment/question - he has done it before and seems to be a regular listener to C2CAM especially outer-space-topic shows!

Yes. It seems like we are getting fewer and fewer space shows. I'd like to hear another Hoagland Show soon, but it would also be nice to hear Stanton Freidman or Peter Davenport or Jordan Maxwell or John Lear again. There doesn't seem to be enough of the fun stuff anymore. I think George has done well, I just want to hear more of the UFO and space shows than we have been hearing lately.

This guy sounds like another mainstream space scientist though. Claiming the usual mantra "no evidence" of alien life or ET visitation, just like the SETI guys. I enjoy how top scientists like Michio Kaku are more open-minded, wish there were more of them out there - I suspect many are just fearful to speak freely.

Yeah, I've been in and out the last half an hour. I'm watching Futurama at the moment :)

Michio is definitely one of Art's more interesting guests. Maybe George will do a show with him some time.

Dr. Kaku did appear with George for about an hour last month after the ABC UFO special he appeared on. I enjoyed that discussion. I think that was his first time on with George after many full shows with Art.

Wee, asteroids that breakup near the earth because of gravity. Sounds potentially scary to me.

This happens all the time.

I still think the 1908 Tungusta Event was caused by more than a simple asteroid or meteorite.

A micro black hole? Or a spaceship crash?

Hi Shecoda. Sorry I didn't participate more. I was sort of in and out as I got my hands on some interesting Alex Jones material.
