I found this web site and I really enjoy their email news letter...they have a fairly complete recipe section, and explain the art of dutch oven camp cooking

Some good stuff in there... I will hopefully be camping in B.C. this summer, and haven't used a dutch oven since scouts. Maybe I'll give it a shot.
