It's not pie in the sky,,,but,,,,it's contingent on reacting to an earthquake on the new madrid faultline.
You could call them internment camps, but, you could also call them rescue missions.
The New Madrid going, that is going to be about as bad as you can get.
So,,,at that point, I don't think your going to be too worried what the help that arrives is calling the camps they are setting up.
I would be more worried that the army corps of engineers is taking the New Madrid so seriously.
Makes me wonder sometimes,,,,if the USA is not the only country with HAARP.

i think there are 9 or 11 other countries with HAARP, RCH used to have actual radar images of a hurricane named ophelia being shoved back and forth by HAARP ...seems two opposing radars were fighting with the hurricane as the weapon

Q: Let me ask you specifically about last week's scare here in Washington, and what we might have learned from how prepared we are to deal with that (inaudible), at B'nai Brith.

A: Well, it points out the nature of the threat. It turned out to be a false threat under the circumstances. But as we've learned in the intelligence community, we had something called -- and we have James Woolsey here to perhaps even address this question about phantom moles. The mere fear that there is a mole within an agency can set off a chain reaction and a hunt for that particular mole which can paralyze the agency for weeks and months and years even, in a search.(thought that was interesting) The same thing is true about just the false scare of a threat of using some kind of a chemical weapon or a biological one. There are some reports, for example, that some countries have been trying to construct something like an Ebola Virus, and that would be a very dangerous phenomenon, to say the least. Alvin Toeffler has written about this in terms of some scientists in their laboratories trying to devise certain types of pathogens that would be ethnic specific so that they could just eliminate certain ethnic groups and races; and others are designing some sort of engineering, some sort of insects that can destroy specific crops. Others are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.

So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations. It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts, and that's why this is so important.

Actually it is the emergency preparedness system for all events, and this is dealing with the human resources side of it. This could be used in case of rioting over the collapse of the US financial system, and I will leave the rest up to your imagination.

I for one think there is something to this HAARP technology. And I think if the US has it, then for sure China and Russia have been trying to duplicate it, and maybe a European country or two, say England and or Germany,,,but 9 - 11 seems like quite a bit. Any documentation to support that Pyrite, or is it more something you've heard but don't remember where and can't source?

I'm a fan of John Lear, I've been influenced quite a bit by the Papers of Importance (http://www.thelivingmoon.com/47john_lear/menu.html#Papers)he keeps available on his website.
As far as satellites imbued with this HAARP like technology? I have no idea. I think part of the allure of having ground based HAARP weopons is they are easier to defend from attack than an orbiting satellite, and they provide the exact same function because they beam energies that reflect off of the upper atmosphere and triangulate to touch down within the triangles peramters. I don't think ground based HAARP weopons could hit anywhere on a round globe, but there is evidence that there is more than one HAARP facility,,so I'm pretty sure they have come to terms with the logistical part of delivering the payload of this weopon to anywhere they want to on the surface of the planet.

I hear you, and you may be correct. But the same thing has been floating around for years. I remember when Operation Vampire Killer 2000 (http://land.netonecom.net/tlp/ref/vk2k.shtml)came out back in 92', and that was talking about how the ATF used at Waco,,,was going to do the same thing. Be the new world order arm of inforcement in the US.
