Obama has declared a national emergency..yesterday he declared a national state of emergency? executive order #13159 ..portions of order are classified ....he now has control...?..from what i see of the order...its a national emergency because of Russias Nukes ?or is it just the components ...nuclear materials? what is the threat, why is it an emergency and not just being dealt with...and is America moving nuclear components around at this time? are we challenging the Russian with this act?
