I heard George mention this terrorist nuke story quick last night and got the author of it already tonight for 2 hours - fast work! He was claiming last night that the terrorist have already smuggled in a lot of small <10kiloton nukes into the USA over the Mexican border with the aid of gangs. He reported they plan on a co-ordinated attack in several US cities: New York, Boston, Washington DC, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles!

I watched a program on the History Channel last night about Area 51 - it was a very detailed (more than I've seen before) report on Bob Lazar and his tale and evidence from a military aviation expert. The guy went to the Pentagon with Bob Lazar's old W2 that showed a reported non-existance intelligence agency and address/zipcode and they had him report to an Admiral who yelled at him and told him that zipcode is classified and don't ever attempt to investigate that again! If Lazar was a fake they could have just said that agency and zipcode was nothing, but no they made a big deal out of it!

So I have to assume it is false, the alternative is just too scary - the aftermath wouldn't be a place I would want to live in. Fortunately we have Major Ed Dames remote viewing of the next nuclear weapon use "in anger" and thats in Korea, not a terrorist nuke in the USA!

I enjoyed it. It was about as unbiased as I've ever seen. Was filmed at his place in New Mexico. Jim Goodall (the guy who went to the Pentagon) and I have made a lot of trips around 51. Once we went to the Tonapah Test Range about sunset and set up lawn chairs just outside the gate hoping to see the F-117. Security came out and surrounded us and asked for ID. The security then called HQ on his radio and said, "Its Lear and Goodall". After he called HQ he turned to us and said, kind of in a low voice, "Hey guys is something going on tonight?" It was hilarious.

They showed Bob and a group (recreated) going on 3 trips to view the test flights and were only caught (like a deer in the headlights) on the last trip. John were you part of all those trips and where was that location for viewing - was it within the controlled area or on public land? I also saw a Mysterious Universe program over the weekend (was made a couple years ago I think) that was also about UFOs and featured Bob Lazar, Bob Dean, and others and I saw they credited John Lear for some still pictures!

The first night it was me, Bob, Bob's wife and her sister and Gene Huff. We were on public land. That was March 22, 1989. The next Wednesday was the 29th and I was on a flight to Minneapolis. The night before I called Bob and he said "We're ging fishing tomorrow night." Thats the night they took George Knapp and Knapp got the film.The third night was April 6, me, Bob, Bob's wife, Gene and somebody else I can't remember who. Thats the night they caught us. When Bob was taken to Indian Springs to next day, security said, "You were going fishing? Boy that was really tough to decode." They had all of ourphones tapped.

Also, they didn't 'break in'. Once you have that kind of security clearance they have unlimited to your house. They just walk in.

If he is a conman wouldn't the purpose be to make lots of money? I don't think Bob has made much profit from it - certainly not when he initally did the George Knapp interviews, he wasn't paid for that was he? And the disinfo theory for the goverment to hide the "real" Area51 activities of relatively run-of-the-mill aircraft flight tests wouldn't seem to have been wise, it just dramatically increased the number of folks who came out to the area in the early 90s to watch for stuff flying around - doesn't make sense for that.

A caller made an excellent point about all the inspections at airports even of US citizens, while the borders are effectively open. There was some discussion awhile back of one border guard having to cover a 90mile area of the Canadian border - maybe thats where the Chinese army will invade as predicted by Sean David Morton!
