For three days it's been very cold for these parts of the world .
as of 10:00 PST it was 31 F here in Santa Cruz .
This is not at all normal for this part of the world , We ave about 40 for the winter and its been below 30 for the last three days . Kinda worries me .

"Forest blowdowns are rare. In the 1920s, a 500,000-acre event uprooted fir and pine in Washington state's Olympic Peninsula.
Last month's storm snarled roads, knocked out power and killed 16 people and 50,000 Colorado and Kansas cattle. "

THAT is freaky, first I'd heard of anything like that. Thanks for the info :)
(I guess)
Wasn't there a huge forest flattening in France a couple of years ago?

Both Father Malachi Martin and the Hopi Prophets spoke of killer winds as the "Time of Chastisement" drew near.
Something hinkey is going on with the weather, all over!
Thank you :)

I think that Mother earth is getting very upset with us , I only hope that we wake up before it't to late . If it's not already too late. With pollution from man and volcanoes, sun activity, millions of tons of underground methane that could come bubbling up at any time, throw in an asteroid strike here and nuke or two there. Crap, I think we're toast.
 :(

Ed Dames was talking about something like this in Alaska on one of the previous shows. He said that the jet stream came right down to the deck. Now we find out that it was just s forest blowdown.
