SACRAMENTO, CA, United States (UPI) -- An Orangeville, Calif., couple have been fined $75,000 for allowing their son to terrorize their neighborhood.

Documents in Sacramento Small Claims court indicate the neighborhood dispute involved drugs, domestic disputes and a shooting that resulted in the lockdown of an elementary school.

Judge Raoul M. Thorbourne said he ordered Elmer H. Dever and Joanna Y. Dever to pay the money to 19 neighbors for 'emotional and mental distress,' the Sacramento Bee reported.

'We`re not after the money,' plaintiff Richard Clakeley told the newspaper. 'We`re after a calm neighborhood where we can raise our kids and not have to worry about running to the window every time we hear a noise.'

Clakeley said the neighbors would be willing to forego some of the cash if the Devers agree to move.

Elmer Dever told the Bee he would appeal.

Police say they encourage the use of small claims court when other efforts to stop criminal activity have failed.

Ain't a problem in the world can't be solved by some Duct-Tape and/or a timely orgasm and/or Pink Mist. ;) I think it's past a "boot in the ass" time with this kid and the "parents" in question. :yuck:

Orgasms are a great idea! The more the merrier! :D
Meantime, I think the Dever family all need to spend some time in the Slams. That includes that snot nosed kid.
