Good evening, folks. :)
Why do I get this feeling of impedning doom in regard to Mt. Saint Helens?
One thing is for certain, she's no lady and when she blows her top, it's going to be bad, but when that other Volcano in Washington state blows, well, that's really going to be bad.

Turkey dropping power plant? Gee, you can smell the Jenny O. rendering plant in Wilmar, MN miles away as it is already. How much more of an olfactory assault would the power plant be?

Interesting comments on alternative fuels.
Isn't George always going on and on about alternative energy? Why doesn't he mention the facts found in this short piece? Could it be he just doesn't know?

Don't you know it! Shecoda, do you have any of those spa passes left? I could really use one of Raul's neck massages. :)

The Golden Door Spa is just down the hill from me. Since it is a local spa it seems normal to us who live here, but I hear it is a world renown spa.

crossfire, next time we are on shore leave we should book a week here.
Maybe we should petition to get a masseuse on board.

And a pool, a swimming pool. We could set the shields real light to hold the water in place but allow for swimming.

Very interesting article, thank you. Speaking of coal, Alaska has coal like Saudi Arabia has oil. But is the U.S using it, taking advantage of it? Noooooo, Alaska sells most of our coal to the Far East.
