    Exclamation Problems with board

    I have no PM access. I have a PM from someone named Alpha, but here is what it says:

    Folder Controls
    Inbox contains 1 messages.
    You have 1 messages stored, of a total 0 allowed.

    Note is says 0 allowed. My PM is turned off???

    When in a subforum, I notice this message:

    Posting Rules
    You may post new threads
    You may post replies
    You may post attachments
    You may not edit your posts

    So editing my posts is also turned off. Is this standard operating procedure?

    Lastly, when I'm at the 'Welcome New Members' page, I get this:

    When I try to go to the help link, I get this message:

    Make sure you allowed yourself to PM members. Click on UserCP/edit options/read through and check off the boxes you want.
