Guys, if you don't like someone's posts, you have an ignore function. If you want to get personal about it, please do not do it on the forum.

The document lists Barry Soetoro as a Indonesian citizen, born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, and shows his Muslim step-father listed the boy's religion as Islam.
So what is the debate here? Seems like this horse is starting to decompose.

I am just trying to further the conspiracy, people keep posting this elsewhere as proof somehow he was/is an indonesian citizen or something... hehe I don't know, it is all a little muddled Either way, had not seen this posted here yet.

Sweet. (why on Earth do you think the administration is avoiding addressing and investigating this issue? what could possibly be causing them ALL to avoid looking into this deception? only a gun to someone's noodle, maybe? or suitcase nukes?)

Quick, everyone stick your heads in the ground and cover your eyes and ears before this Obama issue becomes personal.

Of course you are right, Project. It's just the gleeful rejoicing in others problems is frustrating and angers me to no end. I can't use "ignore", this is not my personal computer. I can however, restrain myself, and will.

It does not matter, you each have accounts with ignore settings, and it will only apply to your account. I am not suggesting this is the best thing to do, but rather than get stressed, it certainly is an option.

Maybe natural born citizen really means we have to come out of a vagina. No c-sections allowed. Maybe Obama was born by c-section. HIs mother was a jackal after all. That would be an awfully difficult birth for a dog to birth a baby human like that.

    From wikipedia:

The special term "Natural-Born Citizen" is used in particular as a requirement for eligibility to serve as President or Vice President of the United States. Section 1 of Article II of the Constitution contains the clause:
“ No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States. ”

Additionally, the 12th Amendment to the Constitution states that: "[N]o person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."

The Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides an additional source of constitutional doctrine stating that birth "in the United States" and subjection to U.S. jurisdiction at the time of birth, entitles one to citizenship:
“ All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the Jurisdiction thereof, are Citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. . . ”

However, the full text of the fourteenth amendment does not mention the phrase "natural-born citizen," nor does it address Presidential qualifications. The phrase "natural born Citizen" is not defined anywhere in the Constitution, as is true with most Constitutional terms.
Which is why I doubt this will be an issue, no last grasp attempt at keeping a liberal black guy possibly born of a c-section, lol, out of the white house....IF the SCOTUS declares some weirdness, congress, I THINK would act to make sure the laws include him or something.

This is a complicated issue. Barry Sotero, err I mean Barack Obama, renounced his US citizenship when he became an Indonesian citizen (Indonesia does not permit dual citizenship, an he once had an Indonesian passport which is proof). He never resolved that when he and his mother retuned to Hawaii. He is still technically an Indonesian citizen, not US.

Yes Div, but the U.S. DOES allow dual citizenship. Does the U.S. exclude certain countries from that do you know?

Yes, the US does, but Indonesia doesn't. So, for him to have had an Indonesia passport he had to have become an Indonesian citizen, and to do so he would have had to renounced his US citizenship. The case will be reviewed next month. All it will take is for one or two state with enough electoral votes to make him ineligible and then those electoral votes are up in the air.

I plead ignorance of the details here, so let me further ask... You're saying he already was a U.S. citizen, and then became an Indonesian citizen? Do you know how old he was at the time?

I don't have the dates at hand, but he (Barry Sotero, a Muslim by birth right, if your father is Muslim then his children automatically are) was young (graduation ceremony at SDN 4 Menteng 1 School photo from AP). Source.
