meditation: clear your mind of everything.
How you do this depends on you, but that is the goal. I have used a visualization technique that worked well, a black fog that overtakes any thoughts rising to the surface... picture things you are thinking of as a landscape, and the black fog rolls in, and slowly obliterates the view. Others have said visualizing a white cube (sometimes spinning) that pulls thoughts into it as a good method. I personally enjoy meditating on an item, such as a leaf or flame or drop of water. To each their own!

It is called Kirlian photography... run a million volts or so through you and take a picture of the electrical discharge pattern.

I know what it's called P. however don't know the specifics behind the how and what one goes to get his type of photograph. I certainly have never had this kind of result with a "normal" camera.
I was just wondering if this was a regular camera that captured this or what was done to capture this.
If you can shed more light on Kirlian photography and your experience, it would be very much appreciated....yeah I can google it but was just wondereing![]()

Oh dear. I didn't mean anyone to think that is a picture of ME! It is not. It is just a picture I found on Google Images when I went looking for auras. Thanks for your kind words--I wish I did look like that! I did think that yours is exceptional and that is what caused me to look for some examples.
