that just happened to have a young boy framed in the picture and then he made up a story to help further his original story. The odds of a time traveling
boy being caught in the middle of a historic picture is next to none. Back after the end of the Civil war, a boy was just lucky to get a pair of shoes off
some dead soilder, let alone a manufactured pair that actually fit him. Geeze....

A discoverer of life on Mars, Andrew D. Basiago, 47, is an American trial lawyer, writer, and environmental scholar. He was born on September 18, 1961 in Morristown, New Jersey, the youngest of five children, and grew up in New Jersey and California. Andy was one of the "whiz kids" who served from 1969 to 1972 in DARPAs time-space exploration program, Project Pegasus.

A past member of Mensa, the high IQ society, he holds five degrees, including a BA in History from UCLA and a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge. While an undergraduate at UCLA, Andy became a journalist and a protege of editor Norman Cousins of the Saturday Review, who once compared him to Robert Hutchins and nominated him to be the Editor of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists. He was inspired by a meeting with architect Buckminster Fuller in 1981 to pursue a career in environmental policy. After their meeting, Fuller wrote: "Andrew Basiago's integrity augurs well for humanity's continuance in (the) Universe."

The CIA and DARPA were funded by the Vatican? What...no NWO, Freemasons, Knights of the Templar, too? And the technology improved from its 1969 heritage...the first modern day front wheel drive car, in the US, an Oldsmobile Toronado was three years old, radial tires were being introduced to newer models of cars (required new suspensions), and the most sophisticated tehnology in the world was a Saturn V rocket used that year to land men on the moon. Remember Tom Hanks's line in _Apollo 13_?

Things like a computer that can
fit into a single room...and, and hold millions of pieces of information.

Yeah, I am NOW positive we had time travel in 1969. Shouldn't have been too tough...of course no one has ever proved it even possible.

Arthur C. Clarke who predicted the year we would bounce a laser beam off the moon to measure its distance to the use of "satellites" (this is pre-Sputnik, now) ringing the earth for communications, wrote a novel in which "towers" were used to lift objects into space or orbit versus the inefficient use of having to pack enough fuel into a powerful enugh rocket to lift rocket, fuel, AND FINALLY the payload into orbit...it was a somewhat widely read book, long before he came to fame for _2001: A Space Odyssey_.

When did Pegasus warp into teleportation to Mars? I am a lil' fuzzy here, but at the latest, by 1980 according to Basiago, we had, I guess, invisible "nanotubes" built...which no one noticed because there are ZERO IFR radio telescopes on earth. Yeah...right...and teleportation requires an interconnecting tube? Boy, not on Star Trek.

And just for accuracy...the moon is NOT a planet. Take an entry level astronomy class.

Go to the "jump room", and "Beam Me Up, Scotty"...ride the invisible nanotube and bring a specimen or two of native Martian life back to earth in your knapsack.

I'd like two cites here: the Cousins's and the Fuller. I wouldn't believe Basiago if it was dawn, the sun was rising in the east, I was facing west, and he told me the sun rose in the east; I'd turn and check it.

***The CIA and DARPA, funded by the Vatican, have established time travel, in which they tell certain individuals that they will be President someday, including both Bush Senior and Junior, and now Andy himself...who claims he, as President in 2016, will open up all those dirty little secrets, exposing the alphabet agencies, right? And while the CIA has told him, he WILL be President, they never saw him be the great, omnipotent planetary "whistle blower"?

You mean they check out he will be President AND he will blow their most secure secrets but they STILL allow him into the program? Damn, this kinda shakes my faith in the whole time travel knowing the future advantage thing.

Just for kicks...anyone know the relationship between this Clif dude and the awesome computer program that analyzes web trends and predicted two great planetary whistle blowers, one who is Basiago, and if the two are related in some way?

***The claims are kinda hard to sift out, but it appears that 500--550,000 persons have been to Mars, with some, ummm 98,000 of them killed by a Martian predator. And apparently they live in an underground base. Now there are no telescopes and observatories on earth, private or public, small Celestrons to 1005 foot array who span much of the electromagnetic spectrum that have not ONCE in over 40 years reported on this amazing amount of activity on the planet. Not once, never, nada...how odd.

***PROOF of Pegasus and Basiago's involvment, though, is pretty much iron-clad; a published photograph showing a boy in some big clodhoppers the day Lincoln was to deliver what many think the finest political speech ever...and Andrew was THERE! How cool...excellent training for a one-day US President.

Pssstttt, Andy...to really make yourself credible, show that one, ya know, where you are standing next to the second shooter in the grassy knoll, November 22nd, 1963?

***Back to the Presidency...and I am NOT trying to start a political discussion; I have zero interest in raising that ugly can of worms, BUT...I am now going to predict, THAT despite the economy, the job market, policy issues, spending, President Obama will be re-elected so supporters of Ogama rejoice...smiles. Normally I wouldn't make this, but I figure he must because the earliest Andy could run is 2016, and one would NORMALLY assume that due to the state of affairs across the globe and in the US, President Obama is highly vulnerable.

And Obama, according to these five who have come out about the secret Mars base...WENT to Mars under an assumed name, so I assume the CIA, DARPA, and the Vatican want him to stay to be succeeded by Andrew in 2016...as he has been told.

Here's a headache maker though...Andrew stated it was either 2016 or 2020...what if he chooses to change and opt out of 2016 to 2020...doesn't that change "time"?Someone else must be told, and then run...wow...this IS complicated...

Project Pegasus: Travelling to Mars – Teleportation and “Jump Rooms”


Project Pegasus is a quest begun in 1968 by Andrew D. Basiago when he was serving as a child participant in the US time-space exploration program, Project Pegasus.


Project Pegasus was the classified, defense-related research and development program under the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in which the US defense-technical community achieved time travel on behalf of the US government — the real Philadelphia Experiment.


Project Pegasus was launched by the US government to perform “remote sensing in time” so that reliable information about past and future events could be provided to the US President, intelligence community, and military.


It was expected that the 140 American schoolchildren secretly enrolled in Project Pegasus would continue to be involved in time travel when they grew up and went on to serve as America’s first generation of “chrononauts.”


The children found, however, that in the process of serving as child time travelers attached to Project Pegasus, they became America’s time-space pioneers.

Two former participants in the CIA’s Mars visitation program of the early 1980’s: Andrew D. Basiago, 50, a lawyer in Washington State who served in DARPA’s time travel program Project Pegasus in the 1970’s, and fellow chrononaut William B. Stillings came forward with astonishing revelations:


According to Mr. Basiago and Mr. Stillings, in Summer 1980 they attended a three-week factual seminar about Mars to prepare them for trips that were then later taken to Mars via teleportation. The course was taught by remote viewing pioneer Major Ed Dames, who was then serving as a scientific and technical intelligence officer for the U.S. Army. It was held at The College of the Siskiyous, a small college near Mt. Shasta in California.


They state that ten teenagers were enrolled in the Mars training program. In addition to Basiago and Stillings, two of the eight other teenagers in Major Dames’ class that they can identify today were Barack Obama, who was then using the name “Barry Soetoro,” and Regina Dugan, who Mr. Obama appointed the 19th director and first female director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in 2009.


As many as seven parents of the ten students, all with ties to the CIA, audited the class. They included Raymond F. Basiago, an engineer for The Ralph M. Parsons Company who was the chief technical liaison between Parsons and the CIA on Tesla-based teleportation; Thomas Stillings, an operations analyst for the Lockheed Corporation who had served with the Office of Naval Intelligence.

From 1981 to 1983, the young attendees then went on to teleport to Mars via a “jump room” located in a building occupied by Hughes Aircraft at 999 N. Sepulveda Boulevard in El Segundo, California, adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Basiago, Obama, Stillings, and Dugan went to Mars at a time when the U.S. presence on Mars was only just beginning but many had already gone.


Mr. Basiago states that in the early 1980’s, when they went, the U.S. facilities on Mars were rudimentary and resembled the construction phase of a rural mining project. While there was some infrastructure supporting the jump rooms on Mars, there were no base-like buildings like the U.S. base on Mars first revealed publicly by Command Sgt. Major Robert Deanat the European Exopolitics Summit in Barcelona, Spain in 2009.


The primitive conditions that they encountered on Mars might explain the high level of danger involved. Mr. Basiago and Mr. Stillings agree that Major Dames stated during their training class at The College of the Siskiyous in 1980: “Of the 97,000 individuals that we have thus far sent to Mars, only 7,000 have survived there after five years.”

1. Former U.S. serviceman Michael Relfe, who spent 20 years as a member of the permanent security staff of a U.S. facility on Mars;

3. Laura Magdalene Eisenhower, great-granddaughter of U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower, who in 2007 refused a covert attempt to recruit her into what was described to her as a secret U.S. colony on Mars.
