Personally I want to know what type of drugs they used to convince em they were time traveling. Most of what I've read convinces me that false memorys thru hypnosis works.

Guess I was lucky to be a bluebird before my articoke days inside MKULTRA.

It makes sense to me why so much research revolved around children, behavior modification thru psychology could be a key to building our military future.
The most obvious is tracking em thru adulthood. The countless areas of research include remote viewing, remote influencing, besides the manchurians.

Andrew is the only person to have come forward, unlike MKULTRA, so it is a safe bet to assume he's made it all up. No special thing happened when he was a child to convince him. Considering his profession, I suspect he is adept at making things up.

Secret DARPA time travel program may hold key to understanding the deep politics of 9/11

This is the first of a multi-part series on quantum access technologies, their application to the events of September 11, 2001, and the consequent implications for our society.

In a 2006 paper entitled, “False Flag Operations, 9/11, and the Exopolitical Perspective”, Dr. Michael E. Salla identifies five exopolitical factors behind false flag operations, including the false flag operation of September 11, 2001.

Although Dr. Salla identifies exotic scalar weapons as the “fourth exopolitical factor” in false flag operations, his 2006 article does not disclose how exopolitically-related factors specifically may have played out in the case of 9/11.

Since then, a key whistle blower, Andrew D. Basiago, has emerged with evidence that secret U.S. time travel technologies were used as early as 1971 to acquire first-hand documentary knowledge about September 11, 2001 – fully three decades before the horrific events of that fateful day.

Mr. Basiago, a child participant in DARPA’s time travel program, Project Pegasus, has publicly stated how in 1971 he viewed moving images of the attack on the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001 that had been obtained from the future and brought back to the early 1970’s.

DARPA is the chief research and development arm of the US military, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. DARPA created the precursor to the Internet, “Arpanet,” and has a penchant for trumpeting its advances, such as putting surveillance cameras on the backs of bumblebees and other exotic achievements in military science.............

Mr. Basiago has described how while serving in Project Pegasus, he viewed moving images of 9/11 at the secured U.S. defense-technical facility where they were processed after being retrieved from the future, the Aerojet Corporation facility that once stood at the corner of Bullock Avenue and Leroy Place in Socorro, New Mexico.


According to Mr. Basiago’s whistleblower testimony, Donald H. Rumsfeld, the sitting U.S. Secretary of Defense on September 11, 2001, was the defense attaché to Project Pegasus during the early 1970’s, when Mr. Rumsfeld was officially serving as a counselor to President Nixon and member of his Board of Wage and Price Stabilization..............

"Andrew D. Basiago, 10, at Gettysburg, PA, on November 19, 1863, after being sent there from 1972 by DARPA's Project Pegasus via a "plasma confinement chamber" in East Hanover, NJ.



Andy is the boy standing to the left in the foreground of the image. He is wearing the large shoes that were given to him by Gettysburg cobbler John Burns after he walked into Gettysburg barefoot and shivering in the brisk autumn air after arriving from the future.



Andy says that this image was taken shortly after President Lincoln arrived on the dais to deliver the Gettysburg Address."

Fragmented memories can manifest themselves from 20 - 40 years later as if there is a trigger to remember the strangeness ... its baffled the best in the field of psychiatry
You must remember there was a ton of sub-projects which fell under MKULTRA.

I have to say that photo of the pair of big shoes makes me giggle as I never got my shoes returned to me after one of my sessions on Ft. Lewis/McChord

Stewart Swerdlow agrees with Andrew on several key points.

- Time Travel
-Using children
-Those children having black project parental affiliation
-Mind Control
-Mountauk is supposed to be back-engineered UFO/alien technology, from What Andrew said that Full size adults didn't fit the halographic/time view equipment, it sounds like the same thing in terms of it being made for a different race.

Both of these men, Andrew and Swerdlow seem to exude intelligence, and at the same time a rare emotional dexterity, a high emotional IQ if you will.
Both seem to have the characteristics of one who has and is adhering to a highly devoloped ethical code and is maintaining it.
Another intriquing factor is that, given the outlandishness of the claim, I would want to dismiss these stories out of hand, but, given that the testimonials of both gentleman are so intelligently and sanely presented, it is difficult to just dismiss them, and one is left hearing them out and suspending one's disbelief.

A warning on Swerdlow, his stories of Montaulk and the abuses heaped upon young children are beyond disturbing.
