This is my favorite beef marinade for BBQ season....great on steak, beef kabobs etc. You can double or triple the recipe and keep a jar in the fridge for a couple of weeks as well.
Best when you allow the meat to marinade for atleasts 24 hours.
Balsamic Garlic Marinade for Beef
· 1 oz. Soy Sauce
· 1 oz. Balsamic Vinegar
· 1 oz. Worchestershire Sauce
· 3 oz. Olive Oil
· 2 heaping Tbsp Dijon mustard
· 1 Tsp ground black pepper
· 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
· ½ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
· 20 cloves finely chopped garlic
· pinch thyme if desired
Whisk together and marinade.
