I agree, this is a very important topic for discussion. People should be informed of what they are eating, or what the options are to purchase stuff. We actually have been practicing genetic modification of both plants and animals for hundreds of years, you know, just not under a microscope with gene splicing. I'm talking about breeding programs and plant splicing. But I do think that the gene editing going on here is very different.

This information he is talking about is very scary, I'm very concerned.

You know, neighborhood farming/gardening is on an upswing right now. You should give it a shot. I once tried to grow potatoes. Bugs found them and there was nothing I could do, I had no idea how to defend them. They got all ate up.

It just seems so impossible really not eat some GM food, we have so little control.

The OCD, I have lived with it all my life. People live with worse. I honestly don't know any other way. It is moderate, not as bad as some of those TV shows about it. I am fully functional and work and all. But I have gotten in trouble at work from time to time for being late because I have trouble with checking my doors, etc. leaving for work.
