    Yes, did that before years and years ago, but space is at a premium right now and there is no place for potentially exploding bottles. And, I can't expect to always be around to attend to them too. I do love homemade root beer though. Instant convenience overruled the old school way.

    Here are a few flavors I've experimented with already (I make my own soda syrup from concentrated flavor extracts I ordered from flavor extract experts): bubble gum, cotton candy, fruit loops, caramel, banana foster, french vanilla cream, chocolate, coffee, various teas, apple cider, california oranges (while they still exist for the moment at least), tonic/quinine, tomato, more.

    Yes, same here, which is why I recommended this.

    And, in so far as dealing with mental fatigue, as a result of having to co-exist with earth hewmons, weed helps tremendously for that too.

    I've been remiss in reporting here. Sorry.
    Today, Saturday May 14, 2011 I am feeling that unique pressure/pain in my muscles and bones.
    There is no High Pressure Weather System near, only a weak front and I did nothing yesterday to bring on my Fibromyalgia symptoms.
    I think this feels like another big quake, 6.5 or greater.
    Any one else?

    Today is no good for me, either. I have "Body Pain, Extreme Fatigue, Headaches, Etc." as it says in the title of this thread. I've never tied in my worst days with earthquakes, however. I have fibromyalgia, also, but I just blame it on weather and a bunch of other stuff when I'm really hurting. Maybe I should experiment and see if I am a predictor! If the way I feel today is any indication, it will be a doozie of a shaker!

    I RESEMBLE THIS REMARK....STARTED LAST NIGHT...I AM BEING SQUEEZED LIKE AN OLD ORANGE....SERIOUSLY I CAN FEEL MY HAIR AND FINGERNAILS..EVERY thing on my body is in pain...sorry bout caps, cat paw pawing keys with me...btw she hasnt been up except to eat today...her voice is tiny and she just wants to be alone

    I feel crap too but I attribute it to radiation. Sore, low nausea, tired.

    It isn't just the pain and fatigue, it's the nature of the pain and fatigue. I've been monitoring myself in this regard for more than half a dozen years now.
    The "Pre Earthquake Pain" has a unique feel to it. The
    "Pre Weather Pain" has it's own unique nature, ditto pain/fatigue from overdoing things.
    One thing I didn't correlate until Judee pointed it out is an insane craving for crunchy foods: chips, pretzels, popcorn, raw celery, nuts, etc.
    Combine an insane craving for crunchy foods with the unique physical symptoms and I've had a pretty good track record.
    I still can't pin point where or just how strong the quake will be.

    Mary, you are right on track with what Charlotte King talks about... have you signed up for her email alerts? It would be interesting to compare symptoms. Yours sound a lot like she describes, especially the cravings.
