I have very fond memories of my grandmother mixing molasses in milk for me as a child.

"Gray also suggested starting one's day (after a brief period of low impact exercise) with a "superfood" protein shake that includes non-hydrolyzed whey (12 grams for women, 18 grams for men), molasses (one teaspoon to one tablespoon), an apple, a few almonds, and one tablespoon of ground flax (a good source of Omega 3) with optional supplements such as trace minerals and wolfberries. He also said that drinking a glass of water with lemon and half an ounce of Aloe Vera juice works well as a cleanser"

i think this is the men are from mars guy...he was talking about this 3-4 years ago, i saved it...i used to drink this..its incredible how good you feel..but im diabetic now, too much sweetness...spiked my blood sugars...

you can sub one cup of organic apple juice if you want too..fair warning...i kept my molasses in the refrigerator, and went to grab it and it slipped out of my hand and hit my foot, and shattered the glass, took me days to get all the molasses off of everything...those bottles are darn slippery when chilled down...
