Eagle cam in Decorah Ia with baby chicks.

Anyone been watching these eagles with their three babies? I have been watching them since they hatched, they are really growing. At night they have an infrared light which makes a humming noise but during the day the picture is clear and excellent sound. The nest is 80ft high in a tree outside Decorah Ia.

Thanks Alpha, I wish I would have posted the link earlier when the babies were hatching. I have not watched in a few days and they look like totally different babies already. That nest is getting pretty crowded. haha.

I heard from some folks who watch, the eagles had someone's pet in the nest, they could see a collar on it. Yikes, I missed that one. Full time job feeding those babies.

Yea, I saw how windy it was, the wind would blow on the babies and they would spread their wings like they wanted to fly in it. I suppose it wont be long and they will be flying. Man they grow fast. They must be eating a ton of food now, poor parents ,probably out of their minds trying to keep up.
I wish they would pan the camera away a little, getting hard to see what is going on.

Those advertisements are annoying also, they didn't used to have them.

Those eagle parents are laying eggs again, I think we are waiting for a 3rd egg.

Thanks Thirsty for reminding us that each and every day, there is something more than wonderful happening on this planet all around us, if we bother to take the time to look and care.

No thanks necessary Alpha and you so right. I didn't get to see the eggs hatch last year, I will try harder this year.
