I'm thinking a lot of those are suicides by jumping overboard at night.

It is a pretty good place to murder someone as well... easy to get rid of the body permanently. On a big cruise ship you would be pretty anonymous.

True & true....however, some of the cases in the original article don't quite seem to fit that profile...on the surface anyway
