I took the time to read Senate Bill 1867 to not find what Infowars has published.
If I didn't know better I'd say that AJ is being setup.

This bill is very specific and no where did I read that the military can hold without charges during War
a US Citizen.

This bill is to set the precedent for holding POW's or Terrorist ... its a Gitmo thing.
