Strange Sounds Start Up Again In Russia (Video)

    Sunday, July 22, 2012

The so-called "strange sounds" phenomenon has flared up again in Russia's third largest city, Novosibirsk. And, this time, it doesn't appear to be some prankster playing a creepy sound track from a horror movie on loudspeakers.

The video posted to YouTube is light on details and imagery. The four minute clip shows mostly street lights in the pre-dawn hours. It's the audio track which is most intriguing.

Unlike most of the other videos posted in the last year or so, this one has some genuinely creepy noises being picked up.

One hint that the audio track may not have been played around with is the sound of the camera controls interfering with the recording of these particular strange sounds.

It does sound like either a continuous thunderstorm or a very long freight train. But the witness claims neither is rolling through at the time.

If it's just the howling wind, there's no evidence of it blowing around on screen and it would be hard to hold a camera steady with that kind of torrent blowing up, from the sound of it.

Some of the original weird noise videos have never been satisfactorily explained yet. This seems to be another to add to the list.
Is it all starting up again?

    Here's the video:

As I listen I can hear, now and then, what sounds like moaning voices. There has been a lot of solar activity and earthquake activity. Maybe it's acoustic-gravity waves?

Earth wobble intensifies: Mysterious ground shaking & loud booms in New Jersey

    mysterious shaking in NJ
    October 22, 2012
    By: Barbara Schneider

New Jersey joins the growing list of states and countries experiencing mysterious shaking and loud booms. Around 11 a.m. on Saturday morning, Oct. 20, 2012, New Jersey residents were panicked by mysterious ground shaking that for lasted about 15 seconds.

    What could be causing this?

Maybe it’s not so mysterious after all. For those aware of the stress that Planet X is currently exerting on Earth, this comes as no surprise. Great earth changes are taking place worldwide – earthquake swarms, extremely large quakes (usually downgraded or dropped by the USGS), mysterious shaking, and loud booms.

On Saturday morning, both the U.S. Geological Survey and the National Weather Service reported no earthquakes occurring in the area. (When did the the National Weather Service start reporting earthquakes?) Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, a nearby military base had no training exercises on that day that would have caused the tremors.

At first, the USGS speculated that the shaking felt by residents for an estimated 15 seconds was a sonic boom – but then, reversing this statement, they reported "weak to moderate” quakes (with no specifics) in the area. Cover-up in action!

Isn't there a vast difference between a “weak” and a “moderate” earthquake? So which was it? Shouldn't USGS know its magnitude?

Over the past couple of months, New Jersey residents have experienced not only shaking and rattling houses, but also mysterious loud booms. On July 15 and 18 in Rockaway, loud booms were heard and felt (shook houses). Then, on August 9, a mysterious boom shook block after block in Manchester Township, residents say it felt and sounded like an explosion. And, on Oct. 4, mystery booms again rattled houses in Manchester Township. Now once again, on Saturday morning, Oct. 20, New Jersey residents reported a violent shaking that lasted about 15 seconds. Bizarre animal behavior was reported before the shaking began.

But, according to USGS, with their recent tendency to downgrade or drop earthquakes from their reports, there were no earthquakes in the area. Later, however, the cover-up kicked into high gear, and the USGS reversed their original report and “speculation,” reporting a weak to moderate quake in the region at the time.

In a three month period, loud booms and mysterious shaking have been reported all over the world – from Australia to Nova Scotia, Canada to the UK, and in the United States from California to New Jersey and many states in between: Ohio, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi, Michigan, Louisisna, and Tennessee to name a few.

Hmmm. Aren’t most of these states experiencing shaking and booms in the New Madrid Fault shake zone?

A major earthquake in the New Madrid Fault zone area will devastate vast areas of the United States and Canada. The New Madrid fault line follows the Mississippi River from Illinois to Arkansas, crossing five state lines – Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas, Kentucky, and Tennessee – as well as the Mississippi River in at least three places. The New Madrid seismic zone consists of a series of faults, including fault lines that run up toward the Great Lakes and from the center of the Gulf of Mexico up the East Coast.

I didn't hear anything here in Podunk (Kingman, AZ).

My son lives in Arcadia, CA. close to Altadena. He didn't hear anything either.

Wonder what is going on? Is Oregon quiet and peaceful?

What are you doing up in the middle of the night, Judee?

A friend of mine heard a big boom in the wee hours of the morning here. I didn't hear anything myself, but then my house is pretty sound proof. I couldn't sleep Dera. I got up, and ended up staying up until 6:00 AM because this really great movie filmed in Tibet came on. Part of it is that my sleep cycle got screwed up when I was so sick, and I'm having a hard time getting back into normal rhythm. Hope you and the Nickster are doing well. I'm sure he is finding ways to keep you amused.

Yeah my sleep cycle gets screwy too. Thank goodness I don't have a job, nor have to be anywhere at a certain time.

Something is going on. Maybe it's a combination of drilling, fraking, pending polar shift, galactic plane, under ground cities....I don't know...some or all of the above or something else all together.
    But something is happening NOW

Dang I was so tired, I listened from my bed and fell asleep. I did hear Linda say that the sounds have started up again, and not meteorologists (atmosphere), nor geologists (ground) nor anyone in between, can explain the sounds and vibrations.
Bull Spit or did I fall asleep before someone already said Bull Spit?

Still haven't experienced anything like that where I live.

    Here's another one!!!

"Something caused some shaking, rattling, and rolling over many parts of Tucson tonight. It happened about 7:45PM.

We've been inundated with calls from people asking what it was. We've made calls to several law enforcement agencies and Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. D-M says it was it was none of their aircraft that caused a sonic boom.

Capt. Adam Goldberg from Northwest Fire District says all the area fire departments received about 100 calls. The Tucson Fire Department says most of their calls came from the west side of Tucson.

Tom Peine with the Pima County Sheriff's Dept Tweeted, "we checked with variety of places to include mines, DMAFB, Pinal Army Nat. Guard, TIA, SW Gas, El Paso Gas, TEP/So far all negative."

Peine also Tweeted, "calls reference "boom" seem to come from W of Campbell/from Pinal County line to northern Green Valley/still trying to determine source."

Within 20 minutes on my Facebook page, I had more than 200 comments from people all over the Tucson valley saying they felt it and heard it, just as I did myself. I also had a lot of people Tweeting about it too, saying it was felt from Oro Valley all the way to the Rita Ranch on the southeast side.

Genna Short posted, "east central side. Mostly my windows rattled." Melba Alderete Munoz wrote, "windows rattled, in the downtown area."

Cindy Calderon Weltjen posted, "3-4 large booms that shook our house. Silverbell between Sunset/Ina. Our dogs didn't like it either!"

Summer Desrosiers Parker posted on the Tucson News Now Facebook page, "there was something in the sky after the bang. It looked like alot of debris slow falling and shiny. I am on the Far East side (golf links and Harrison) and I was looking towards the base when I saw it."

Sounds like something real either blew up or was hit by something. Maybe they're doing target practice war games? 'Slow falling' sounds like something very light.

"Sound Guns"? I hadn't thought of that.
Of course the Military is going to deny it if they were testing a new weapon or a weapon other than good ol' mortars or cannons.
