I have spent big $ for Starbucks to see if I'm missing something but it turned out to be really strong and bitter so I'm happy steering clear of that place! I did get a little cold thing there that was pretty good, but sure not worth the money--I think that little thing was close to $5!

Remember Nemo? He once introduced me to cold-brewed coffee and I even bought the brewer. It took 'way too much coffee, but it really was delicious. He claimed that was the hot ticket in Seattle.

I'm with you Dera...I can't stand Starbucks. If it was the only coffee left on the planet I would quit drinking coffee. I don't like dark roast coffee

Think about getting yourself a Keurig brewer...you would love it. Then get some nice roast that you like. I prefer a good Columbian, medium roast and Timothy's makes a really nice Mocha Java.

I don't know where he gets his $$ from...I think mainly from his wife's job. I remember a few years ago, he was asking for donations so he could put gas in his car to get to his mine...anyone remember that?

Probably not, but there are lots of great kibbles in Canada I know. It's all about reading labels. I won't touch anything with meat and bone meal, (aka: meat meal) in it!

No scrubbing.

Every few months you need to run vinegar through the machine and then run water through it to clear the vinegar...really easy.

No pot to wash...the coffee brews directly into your mug.
