WOW!! No way of knowing if it's a "Time Traveler" or what it is, but it is something and not just reflection off the window or shiny floor or whatever.
As I carefully watched the slow motion it looked like the "light" took the shape of wings, first opening, then closing.
It was something because, in the video, you see people rushing to the spot where the phenomenon happened!
It's difficult to say what's in the center of that light, but, again, it is something or maybe a some one.
Anyway I'm glad I found this post, thanks!

It sorta looks like a practical bungee jumping technique. Notice that it changes direction after take off. Doesn't exit like it came in. I'm not saying that it isn't real but I'm just trying to understand.

It is a cool video, but of course too dark and grainy to see what is happening... I like the idea of it being a time traveller though

Too cool ... can't help but wonder if that person walking didn't have some remote control device ready to blow the security's mind. Kinda like a covert method of distraction.

The guy walking passed before it happened had to see a bright light around him and his own shadow would have had to blacken more or might have even been cancelled out. Or he could have exited and not even had see it. I do very much like this video. Wish I had one of those video analyzers, scientist use to determine over shots or pasted shots and double exposures. Curse my limited money supply! I couldn't afford the motherboard in one of those machines.
