We had something similar here years ago Random. There was a big radar installation being built in the coast mountains just to the west of me. In the small town up there, there were mysterious huge trucks passing through town with completely covered cargo. Big black SUV's with guys all dressed in black would stop in at the local store to buy pop and snacks. All very mysterious.

Just imagine the crap the government is getting into, even without their own knowledge most of the time. They are going around arresting people in secret, building drone launch sites, spy facilities, bla bla bla bla bla. It is just ridiculous when you think about it, paying your tax dollars for secret crap which will almost certainly never help you, and most likely it will do the opposite.
