he mary..so sad you are not feeling well, same here...joints hurt like ive been smacked with hammers...but im still walking my dog...i managed 9 blocks today...its not helping me as far as i can tell, but im going to keep walking...ugh...dont know if i will be here tonight either...just have to wait and see

All of a sudden I'm reacting badly to fatty foods, like my beloved bacon. I had my gall bladder taken out years ago but I was still able to eat my faves like bacon and butter. No longer
