Guess I look at 'evil' as WWII and the Nazis, or any war where innocent people are killed, raped, or tortured, etc.--That type of thing. 'Affecting someone else' is negative, but not evil to me. Anyway, I'll shut on on it.

I think Joshua's point was that knowing that you are negatively affecting others and not caring...that is what is evil...and I'll shut on this too.

I think the callers point was, that people in the ghost trapped state don't seem happy.

How do you know how your ghost feels Judee?...or do you?

I just know I don't feel any sense of 'anger' or 'hatred'. It's more of a sense of confusion if anything.

Oh heck, I can't shut up... Okay--When I broke up with a boyfriend long ago, it hurt him. I knew it would hurt him. I don't think that kind of thing is evil. We're probably agreeing with each other, and just disagreeing on crumbs of things.

I don't think that caller meant that all spirits trapped or who choose to stay on the earthly plane are angry or hateful...but more that none of them seem happy. I'm sure for some, confusion is a part of that too because they don't realize there physical body is dead or if they do, they don't know what to do or are afraid.

In many cases they have to be told it's o.k. to leave.

OK....you knew it would hurt him, but that is not why you did what you did. You likely did it because you didn't love him and if you stayed with him, in the long term that would have hurt him more...in other words, you didn't break up with him because both you didn't care about his feeling or that you wanted to hurt him...I hope that makes sense.

yes, and I will think about whether or not to tell my fried about this, or just on my own tell him he needs to pass on. Somehow, if he is really there in spirit, I don't think that's my place to do that though. Thus the thinking part of this thing...

I have no idea why Jesse Ventura never made it last night. At the beginning of the show it sounded like all was o.k. and then Peter Davenport took the slot...then Coast changed Jesse to the 2nd segment and then they had Joshua P instead

I just hope he's safe and all is o.k. Jesse has been very vocal about a lot of things lately which I'm sure the PTB don't like at all.

Thanks, Alphs. If everything hangs together on this machine, I'll see you tonight. Yes, hope Ventura is safe and sound and has a reason for not showing up. Maybe he has too many irons in the fire and simply forgot--or had two flat tires and no spare?
