    Supreme Court Decisions: Immigration

No doubt you have heard today's Supreme Court decision on the argument between the Obama administration and Arizona on enforcing immagration laws.. Although in the minority, Justice Scalia dissented.

"Arizona bears the brunt of the country's immigration problem....If securing its territory ...is not within the power of Arizona, we should cease refering to it as a sovereign state. For these reasons, I dissent"
    Justice Scalia

Food for thought..WHAT DO YOU THINK??????????

I think any state should be able to secure itself from anything illegal. States rights have been eroded down to nothing over the years, and the Federal Government plays the role of big brother to the country.
