    I love programs about the Pyramids, but drove in from New Orleans this evening and probably need some rest. Plus, my broken arm is quite sore still.

    I hate nutrition shows. I hate this whole "America is too fat" thing. It always turns into a hate on fat people fest.
    Half of it is propaganda. We can't admit these kids wanting to join the army because they are too fat! Fat is a national security issue.
    (Like pushing a joy stick and shooting people from an automated drone takes a GI JOE body.)

    And then there's the pollution angle that gets ignored. All the endocrine disrupters in the environment no one wants to discuss because it's easier to diss how other people eat.

    And then there's the fact that people got very fat right before and during the great depression & dust bowl. The way I see it, we are right on schedule.

    I've been losing a bit of weight but I'm sure it's because we aren't using a lot of air conditioning. It makes me not want to eat.

    heat will take your appetite away...she isnt a prepper...if you eat like she says you should eat...you would need to go to the store every few days....many people dont have access to stores with fresh veggies

    Hi py and Had. I don't like diet shows either. This kind of apcray is not why I listen to Coast to Coast. Diet info. and theories are multimillion dollar industries and are nauseatingly plentiful everywhere you look--or don't look--just jumps out at you. It is everywhere! PAH!

    So what is up with each of you?
