Hi Alpha. I gather that precious baby is asleep for the time being? You must be in seventh heaven, even though it's going to be a lot of work training a puppy. But it's a labor of love, right?

LOL....I think we're both worn out. She has barely slept at all since I brought her home!!!! I think I have to start forcing her to take some nap time in her kennel, which is what I've done right now...she must be exhausted. This is going to be quite an adjustment, however yes, it will be worth it for sure.....I hope.

Finally now I hope I can actually listen to a bit of the show...I've missed most of it so far.

LOL....I think we're both worn out. She has barely slept at all since I brought her home!!!! I think I have to start forcing her to take some nap time in her kennel, which is what I've done right now...she must be exhausted. This is going to be quite an adjustment, however yes, it will be worth it for sure.....I hope.

Brisby is such a beautiful girl. I had no idea there were pale retrievers like that. Technically, what do they call that color? I can't imagine how happy you must be--between the bouts of exhaustion that is!

It's been very hot here, and tomorrow should be the last day. I hate it. I want my cool rains back. I must be part frog or something! There are still five baby peacocks. The Red Tailed hawk got one a couple of weeks ago. Tonight when it cooled off some, I drove down to pick up my mail. The Red Tail was up on a telephone post screeching. I talked back, and she glowered at me. The mother peacocks have learned to keep their babies in the middle orchard area just behind the house. There is plenty of shrubs, tall grasses, and bushes to hide the babies in. Mr. hawk isn't happy at all! I've been to the coast twice in the last week. Totally unexpected, but it was great. Other than that, my life is boring!

This guest is so, so right about religion. It's the biggest control tool that was ever conceived, and still is working beautifully. Look at what's going these days. We're gearing up for yet one more horrible war (that will make the PTB huge sums of money), and religious people in this country are slavering for it to start. There is a false perception of a small country that is in jeopardy. HA! Bullspit!! That small country is at the root of the horrible war that will start. It makes me sick.

I'm not sure what you would call her color Judee...she will get darker as she gets older. The new big "fad" is white English Goldens which Brisby is not. Her mother is a very pale honey color and her dad is about the same color Chi was, so I guess she'll be somewhere in between.

I'm so sorry to hear that the hawk got one of the babies ...guess it's all part of nature. I'm sure momma isn't to happy about that and will do everything she can to protect her young.

Remember it's the PTB that created that country after the war...and remember the prophecy....it's all been set up a long time ago. It really has little to do with the country itself or the people IMO...other than that, I agree with you.

The peacocks are free on the property, so yes, it's a natural part of nature.

I can't wait to see what Brisby will look like when she's full grown! I'll bet she'll be beautiful!

Other than eating lunch and enjoying the ocean, I mainly bought glass balls for my collection.
