I love hot peppers and, as I'm a (somewhat reluctant) deep-urbanite these days, have nowhere to grow any. I will be taking you up on your offer with deepest thanks!

My favorite (Med Heat/low heat) pepper is the PASILLA...far better than a bell with slight bite. They will actually make a difference in your cooking where others will notice. Diced up and added to your pork chops is only the start to what wonderful things you can do for the taste buds.......bud.
Looking back one might turn to stone.

I've never seen or run across a fresh pepper by that name Buzz.

I do use a lot of peppers in my cooking, from red and green bells, hot & sweet bananas, hungarian, cubanelle, habanero, jalapeno, chili, Thai chili, ancho, seranno, scotch bonnet etc.

Are you getting these dehydrated, fresh or both...do they perhaps have another name as well?

Do unto Others as you would have them do unto you
