Princess Diana Death Conspiracy & Inquest

Well, looks like this will be another we can likely add to the JFK, Moon Landing and other neverending and inconclusive conspiracies.

Another "investigation" with another so called "conclusion".

Many interesting theories behind this one, as to the why, when, where and it's significance or not out there....I'll put up some of them when I have a bit more time or if you have some info that thickens this "plot", do post it here.

New Diana death investigation finds no foul play
    By WENN
    Aug 26, 2005, 19:00 GMT

The British investigation into the tragic deaths of Diana, Princess Of Wales\' and her lover Dodi Fayed has uncovered no new evidence to suggest the 1997 Paris car crash was caused by foul play.

Conspiracy theories surrounding the fatal car crash were fuelled by a letter Diana wrote shortly before her death, in which she expressed her fear that the British royal family were planning to kill her in a staged accident so her estranged husband Prince Charles would be free to marry Camilla Parker-Bowles.

Mohamed Al Fayed has always blamed the royal family for his son\'s death - but the investigation led by Lord Stevens has found no evidence to support his claims.

Forensic experts have conducted a state-of-the-art study of the Mercedes which crashed into a pillar in a Paris underpass as it was pursued by paparazzi photographers, and they conclude it was in \"good working order\" at the time of the accident.

A British insider says, \"New forensic techniques have helped us uncover a lot of significant information which is assisting the inquiry. The French have been very helpful and understanding but they accept that there have been a lot of developments in technology since they carried out their investigation in the aftermath of the crash.\"

The original investigation placed the blame for the crash firmly on the shoulders of the car\'s driver Henri Paul, who was found to be under the influence of alcohol and drugs when the accident took place.

And British officers working on the Operation Paget investigation have discovered more evidence which further contradicts a variety of conspiracy theories, including claims the ambulance which took Diana to hospital was purposefully driven slowly and rumours Diana was pregnant with Dodi\'s child.

The investigation will continue until next spring (06), with Lord Stevens planning to question members of the British royal family.

The latest news, as of today; Info released that the American Secret Service was tapping Princess Diana's phone during the time period of her death. Here is an article referring to that:

    U.S. bugged Diana's phone: report
    Chicago-Sun Times

    December 10, 2006
    BY SUE LEEMAN
LONDON -- An official British report into the 1997 car crash that killed Princess Diana will say the U.S. Secret Service was bugging her phone on the night of her death, according to the London newspaper the Observer.

The official report into the Paris crash by former Metropolitan Police chief John Stevens will be published Thursday.

It is expected to find her death was an accident and that driver Henri Paul was drunk at the time of the crash, the Observer said late Saturday.

The paper said Stevens would report that the U.S. Secret Service was bugging Diana's phone without the approval of its British counterpart on the night of her death. It said U.S. officials assured Stevens the secretly recorded conversations shed no new light on her death.

Stevens' report also will confirm claims that Paul was in the pay of the French intelligence services, the Observer said.

British police declined to comment on Stevens' investigation.

The driver, the 36-year-old princess and her friend Dodi Fayed, 42, died when their Mercedes crashed inside the Pont d'Alma tunnel Aug. 31, 1997, while being followed by photographers. Rumors and conspiracy theories continue to swirl around Diana's death.

US bugged Diana's phone on night of death crash

Mark Townsend and Peter Allen in Paris
    Sunday December 10, 2006
    The Observer UK

The American secret service was bugging Princess Diana's telephone conversations without the approval of the British security services on the night she died, according to the most comprehensive report on her death, to be published this week.

Among extraordinary details due to emerge in the report by former Metropolitan police commissioner Lord Stevens is the revelation that the US security service was bugging her calls in the hours before she was killed in a car crash in Paris.

In a move that raises fresh questions over transatlantic agreements on intelligence-sharing, the surveillance arm of the US has admitted listening to her conversations as she stayed at the Ritz hotel, but failed to notify MI6. Stevens is understood to have been assured that the 39 classified documents detailing Diana's final conversations did not reveal anything sinister or contain material that might help explain her death.

Scotland Yard's inquiry, published this Thursday, also throws up further intelligence links with the Princess of Wales on the night she died. The driver of the Mercedes, Henri Paul, was in the pay of the French equivalent of M15. Stevens traced £100,000 he had amassed in 14 French bank accounts though no payments have been linked to Diana's death.

Stevens's conclusion is that Diana, her companion Dodi Fayed, and Paul himself died in an accident caused by Paul driving too fast through the Pont de l'Alma underpass in Paris while under the influence of drink. The car was being pursued by photographers at the time.

Tests have confirmed that Paul was more than three times over the French drink-drive limit and was travelling at 'excessive' speed. The inquiry will quash a number of conspiracy theories that have circulated since 31 August 1997, among them that Diana was pregnant. It also found no evidence that the princess was planning to get engaged to Dodi, son of Mohamed Fayed.

The Harrods tycoon believes that Paul's blood samples were swapped to portray him as a drunk in an elaborate cover-up by the establishment to stop Diana marrying Dodi, a Muslim.

Stevens is expected to concede that while there was a mix-up it was an accident and that the original French post-mortem which found that Paul was three-times over the French drink-drive limit was correct.

He is also expected to discount the role of the white Fiat Uno which struck Diana's car shortly before the crash, even though British police officers have failed to track down the vehicle which left paintwork on the black Mercedes.

The inquiry will support the findings of the original French accident inquiry in criticising the paparazzi as a possible reason for encouraging Paul to speed. The 'bright light' theory - the claim that the driver was deliberately blinded by a beam immediately before the crash - is also dismissed by Stevens.

Diana verdict: An accident. But did US bug her calls?

    Published: 11 December 2006
    The Independent UK

The Stevens report into the deaths of Diana, Princess of Wales, and Dodi Fayed will conclude this Thursday that there was no murder arranged by MI6, no establishment cover-up and nothing to sustain the numerous conspiracy theories that have been proliferating in the nine years since their fatal accident. Francis Elliott and Sophie Goodchild report on the official version of events that leaves Mohamed al-Fayed unsatisfied

There could be no more eloquent image of indestructible continuity: the date of Prince William's passing-out parade from Sandhurst has fallen perfectly for the Royals' spin-doctors.

On Thursday the official report on the death of Diana, the late Princess of Wales, will touch off renewed claims of an "establishment cover-up" from Mohamed al-Fayed, whose son Dodi also died in the crash.

But the next day, "the Firm" led by the Queen herself, will be out in force at the elite military academy, taking the salute of the future king as he marches past.

The long-awaited report of Lord Stevens, the former Metropolitan Police commissioner, has concluded that Diana died in a road traffic accident after her driver, who was drunk at the wheel, lost control of the car.

It does, however, contain one intriguing nugget, apparently. Reports last night claimed that the US secret service was bugging the Princess's telephone conversations right up to the night she died. The Observer says that the US has admitted in the Stevens report that it listened to Diana's phone calls. Lord Stevens is understood to have been assured that the 39 documents detailing the conversations did not contain any information that might explain her death. No explanation for the alleged bugging was offered.

Norman Baker, Liberal Democrat MP for Lewes, said: "There have been rumours that Princess Diana was being bugged by the Americans, so I am not entirely surprised. But it is a major constitutional issue. The question is whether the Americans were doing it themselves or the British government had outsourced it to the Americans to achieve deniability."

Lord Stevens' 400-page report finds no evidence to support Mr Fayed's claims that the crash was orchestrated by MI6 on the orders of the Duke of Edinburgh. The Harrods boss served notice last night that he intends to step up his campaign with a furious attack on the BBC.

But senior police sources say that Mr Fayed would be ill-advised to question Lord Stevens' independence, given his impressive reputation for taking on the intelligence services, Army, police and politicians in his successful inquiry into collusion between the RUC and loyalist paramilitary groups in Northern Ireland.

The key finding contained in the 15-page executive summary of Operation Paget is that Henri Paul was over the legal alcohol limit. This was a major contributing factor in his losing control of the Mercedes after it became involved in a high-speed race with paparazzi on 31 August 1997.

Although there were errors in the handling of samples taken from Mr Paul on the night of the crash, reports claim that it has now been proved that the samples that tested positive for alcohol and prescription drugs were those of the driver. A favourite claim of conspiracy theorists that the samples were swapped by MI6 agents with those of a suicide victim has been disproved by DNA evidence, according to the BBC.

But in a sign of the battles ahead, Mr Fayed launched a bitter attack on the corporation last night. "The BBC has fallen into a trap," his spokesman said. "The two samples that tested positive for alcohol were not tested for DNA."

Lord Stevens is said to have disproved the claim that Diana was pregnant after being shown the results of tests carried out 10 days before her death as part of a treatment for pre-menstrual tension. Another Fayed claim, that Diana and Dodi were planning to get married, is also discounted in the conclusions of Operation Paget, the three-year investigation by a dozen detectives which has cost about £3m.

But the Harrods boss is set to receive a partial vindication as the report is expected to concede that employees of the Ritz in Paris, where Diana and Dodi were staying at the time, had passed information to French intelligence services. However, the former Metropolitan Police commissioner firmly rejects claims of MI5 or MI6 involvement. A senior police source played down the significance of links between the hotel and French secret agents. " I'm sure that the intelligence services have informants in the Ritz in London."

It was in that hotel that the Queen celebrated her 80th birthday last Monday with a private party for her 50 closest friends and family. The event * planned two years ago * fell uncomfortably close to the date of the report's publication but it was decided to press ahead regardless.

The Queen has instructed officials not to respond to any claims made by Mr Fayed. Instead, senior members of the Royal Family plan to present a united front in the immediate aftermath of the document's publication on Thursday.

Prince William's passing-out parade from Sandhurst is seen as providing the perfect opportunity to show that Diana's sons are getting on with their lives. William was shortlisted for the military academy's sword of honour presented to the cadet having the most potential. He is rumoured to be about to announce an engagement to his girlfriend, Kate Middleton.

These distractions will in the short term help to fight an expected counter-blast from Mr Fayed as the attention moves to the formal inquests that resume in the new year.

Buckingham Palace is braced for the media scrutiny that will follow the report. Far from bringing the controversy over Diana's death to a close, the palace knows that the report will lead to yet another airing of the conspiracy theories.

Lord Stevens' detectives have interviewed hundreds of witnesses and * as in the case of Mr Paul's blood samples * new techniques have been applied to existing evidence. The inquiry shipped the car in which Diana died, a Mercedes S, to London to carry out exhaustive tests, recreating the incident on a computer model. The only credible explanation was the same reached by the 8,000-word French inquiry * that Mr Paul lost control of his car after it hit the 13th pillar of the underpass, with tragic consequences.

But a spokesman for Mr Fayed queried claims that Mr Paul had been driving at 100mph. "This is utterly and provably untrue. Scotland Yard has acknowledged that it was travelling at about 60mph," he said.

"Incredibly, none of the eyewitnesses * at least 13 in number * have been seen or interviewed as part of the investigation. No one has been able to trace the two missing cars and at least one motorbike which went into the tunnel at the same time as Henri Paul."

Attention now switches to the formal inquiries that will resume in the new year. The Fayed camp scored an early victory last week in forcing the initial hearings to be held in public.

Initially Dame Elizabeth Butler-Sloss had ruled that the hearings on 8 and 9 January should be heard in private but backed down in the face of a legal challenge from Mr Fayed.

Was Princess Di Murdered? MI6 Agent Speaks Out
    08-Dec-2000

In the January issue of Nexus Magazine, there is a sworn statement by Richard Tomlinson, a former MI6 officer, stating that British Intelligence is hiding important information about Princess Diana’s death.

According to his story, in 1992 he was working in Eastern Europe as part of an operation trying to smuggle advanced Soviet weaponry out of the disintegrating Soviet Union. Meetings between agents working on this operation were often held at the Ritz Hotel, in Paris, from which Diana and her lover, Dodi Al Fayed, took their fatal limousine ride. In intelligence documents he saw while working on the Soviet operation, he noted that one of their paid informants was a security officer who worked at the Ritz, Henri Paul, who drove the car that crashed, killing Diana and Dodi, as well as himself. This means that the driver, once thought to be only an employee of Dodi’s father, who owned the Ritz, was actually an undercover British spy as well.

Tomlinson remembers reading a file describing a plan to assassinate the then Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic by crashing his limousine. The plan was to cause Milosevic’s limo to crash in a tunnel, because the concrete walls meant that the crash would be violent enough so that there would be no survivors. A tunnel would also reduce the possibility of casual witnesses. It was suggested that one way to cause the crash would be to disorient the driver by using a strobe flash gun, which has been used by MI6 to disorient enemy helicopter pilots and terrorists. This scenario is remarkably similar to the circumstances and eyewitness accounts of the crash that killed Princess Diana.

Richard Tomlinson states that while in the British Intelligence Service, he learned there were links between MI6 and the Royal Household. MI6 routinely looks for and reports any terrorist threats against the Royal Family and asks other agencies, like the CIA, to keep an eye on them during foreign trips. The Princess of Wales did not like to have bodyguards with her, so they often requested this type of help on her trips abroad. He also learned that one of the photographers who routinely followed Diana was a part-time member of MI6.

After he testified before the French judge who was investigating the crash, Tomlinson was arrested in his Paris hotel at gunpoint and received a broken rib in the scuffle. He was taken to French Intelligence Headquarters and interrogated for 38 hours. After his release, his laptop computer was confiscated and passed it on to MI6.

In August 1998, he boarded a flight from New Zealand, headed for Australia, where he was going to give a TV interview about the Diana incident. While waiting for takeoff, he was told that his travel papers were not in order and that he would have to leave the plane. When he got back to his hotel, the New Zealand Intelligence Service took him into custody and again took his computer.

He was also scheduled to be interviewed on NBC TV in the U.S. When he arrived at JFK airport, he was told to surrender his passport and was taken into custody. He was kept handcuffed for seven hours while being photographed and fingerprinted, then he was served with deportation papers and put on a plane home. The immigration officers he dealt with openly admitted they were acting under orders from the CIA.

He is now illegally banned from entering France in order, he feels, to prevent him from giving further testimony.

After the unexplained assassination of John F. Kennedy, most of us in the U.S. wouldn’t be too surprised by accusations that a rebel Princess like Diana was gotten out of the way.

More Shocking News About Diana's Death

    14-Dec-2006 - unknowncountry

We recently reported the shocking revelation that at the time of her death in 1997, Princess Diana was being bugged by our largest spy agency, the NSA, which does electronic eavesdropping. Sources say they were probably monitoring Diana's friendship with controversial financier Teddy Forstmann. A British investigation into her death reveals more incredible facts that Americans have never heard.

In the Independent, Guy Davis writes that the report shows that "there was no cover-up, no murder plot, and no sabotage." The Princess was killed when her car, which was being driven by a drunk Henri Paul while they were chased by several paparazzi photographers, crashed into a pillar in the Pont d'Alma tunnel. She wasn't wearing a seatbelt. This is all known, but some surprising new facts have also been revealed.

The father of Diana's lover Dodi, Mohammed Fayed, has long asserted that the British secret service murdered Diana because she was pregnant with his child, who would have been half-Muslim. But during an autopsy, no evidence of Diana being pregnant was found and the blood in the car did not reveal the hormone levels of a pregnant woman. Also, Diana's close friend Rosa Monckton says that ten days before, when she and Diana were on holiday together, the princess told her that her period had started.

Monte Carlo jeweler Alberto Repossi claimed that Dodi and Diana purchased an emerald and diamond engagement ring worth several hundred thousand dollars a few weeks before their deaths. Although he said he had security camera footage and a receipt to prove this, he later recanted his statement.

Lord Stevens, who is in charge of the investigation, interviewed Prince Charles and Diana's butler Paul Burrell about a note that was written by Diana 10 months before her death, which said, "My husband is planning an 'accident' in my car, brake failure and serious head injury, to make the path clear for him to marry." But the crash was caused by Henri Paul driving too fast, not by brake failure. HOWEVER, it has now been revealed that Henri Paul was secretly working for the French intelligence services at the time of the crash, and there is evidence he may have been working for the British secret service as well. But it's not likely that Paul would have conspired in a plot that led to his own death. He was not known to be an alcoholic, but a post-mortem examination of his body shows that his blood alcohol level was over the legal limit.

Despite the fact that there were over 14 closed-circuit cameras in the Pont d'Alma tunnel where the crash occurred, none of them recorded the fatal crash. Sources say they were either switched off or faced towards the wall—but why would this be the case? Also, one driver got a speeding ticket 15 minutes before the crash, so the cameras were working then.

Pedestrians and ther drivers reported seeing a white Fiat Uno crash into the Mercedes containing Diana and Dodi as their car entered the tunnel. Traces of white paint were found on the wrecked Mercedes, and part of a bumper and tail light were found nearby, but despite a huge database search of over 100,000 cars, the car and driver were never found. HOWEVER, the French photographer James Andason, who had been stalking Dodi and Diana, owned a white Fiat Uno. This was sold and repainted a few days after the crash. Like Henri Paul, HE WAS ALSO BEING PAID BY THE BRITISH SECRET SERVICE. He said he had not been in Paris that night, but he could not be questioned again, because three years later, the burned remains of his body were found in an abandoned car in the south of France.

    Has anyone seen this movie?

Thought this was a pretty good article not only on the subject of Diana's death, but the a much larger picture!

    'The Queen'...Why Movies Lie
    By Henry Makow PhD

"The Queen" illustrates how the public is lulled to sleep with Mother Goose stories.

The drama rests entirely on Queen Elizabeth II's refusal to speak publicly after the death of Princess Diana in 1997; and how, under pressure from a grieving nation, she graciously rose to the occasion.

Nominated for "Best Picture," the movie doesn't mention she had good reason to hesitate. Helen Mirren won for "Best Actress" but if Mohammed Fayed is right, Elizabeth II deserves the Oscar.

She may have orchestrated the hit with her husband and son. "I want Charles and Philip together in court." the father of Diana's fiance said recently. "These are the people who ordered the murder."

Now that would have been a movie!

However in this movie, Elizabeth's excuse is to "suffer silently and with dignity" and "focus on her grandsons' suffering." The tensions between the Princess and the House of Windsor are only implied.

The movie is very comforting. Elizabeth II really is a good person, not the front for the world's greatest criminal syndicate, dealing in drugs, arms, prostitution and banking, according to Lyndon LaRouche's book "Dope, Inc." (1992.)

Prince Charles, Prince Philip and Tony and Cherie Blair are dedicated citizens and family people, not inbred Masons, Satanists, traitors, warmongers, criminals perverts and crystal gazers depicted by David Icke. (I reserve judgment on reptilian shape shifters.)

[Philip is Grand Master of the United Grand Lodge of Freemasons of England.]

After seeing "The Queen," I left the cinema feeling with poet Robert Browning, "God is in His Heaven and all is right with the world."

Our leaders are decent people trying to do what's right! The old ladies in the audience shouted, "pip, pip" when Elizabeth finally saw the light. "Well done, your majesty!"

The movie critics felt the same way. Ninety eight per cent gave the movie positive reviews http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/queen/%20.

    MURDER WILL OUT

However, in the case of murder we must always ask, "Who Benefits?"

After the divorce of Charles and Diana in 1991, "The London Daily Mail" emphasized England "now has effectively two Royal Houses-the House of Charles and the House of Diana. In the first five months of separation, Princess Diana attracted five times as many spectators, twice as many reporters, and more than twice as many photographers than her husband." (Peter Fearon, "Buckingham Babylon" p. 372)

Diana's death looks like an old fashioned Mafia hit, a British dynastic spat. Didn't Queen Elizabeth I have Mary Stuart beheaded in 1587? Diana threatened the family business and needed to be rubbed out.

According to"This is London" (March 2) "Mr. Fayed has been implacable in his insistence that Prince Philip 'masterminded' the couples' death. He says Dodi and Diana planned to marry but the British establishment could not accept the prospect of the mother of a future king marrying a Muslim."

Or giving him a Muslim half-brother? There were rumors she was pregnant. Diana expressed fears that Charles would use MI-6 to arrange a car crash. There is evidence this is exactly what happened.

Imagine if this movie revealed the truth instead of covered it up?

    MOVIES FOR THE LOWER DEGREES

"In pre-movie days the business of peddling lies about life was spotty and organized." Ben Hecht, a veteran screenwriter wrote. Since then, "One basic [movie] plot only has appeared daily...the triumph of virtue and the overthrow of wickedness.... ("A Child of the Century," p. 468)

But in real life the bad guys are always the winners. The Cabbalist central banking mob finagled control over national credit and is consolidating this advantage into world tyranny. They fund the movies that deceive, distract and debilitate the boobs while they advance toward their goal.

Society as a whole is organized like a secret society (i.e. Freemasonry, Communism, Zionism, Feminism etc.). Most members are not told the real agenda. They are easier to manipulate with idealistic sounding platitudes about freedom and righteousness. The function of the mass media as well as education: is to lie; to reinforce the official illusion: how things "are supposed to be."

[In a famous interview with Sarah McClendon in December 1992, George Bush Sr. admitted: "Sarah, if the American people had ever known the truth about what we Bushes have done to this nation, we would be chased down in the streets and lynched."]

To be duped (by some Cause) is probably the characteristic modern human experience, but of course few know it. [Think of Pat Tillman who wanted to avenge 9-11.] Even those who rise in the NWO Masonic conspiracy are often "useful idiots" who provide a convincing facade.

James Forrestal, for example, was an corporate lawyer who became Truman's Secretary of Defense. When he realized Masonic bankers controlled Communism as well as Capitalism, he couldn't keep quiet. He was deemed "insane" and thrown from the window of Bethesda Naval Hospital. He was a good guy. He lost. There are no movies about him. Joe McCarthy was likely murdered at the same hospital a few years later.

"Treason doth never prosper: what's the reason? For if it prosper, none dare call it treason."

Richard Nixon realized the same thing and wanted to take back the USA. The CIA used "The Washington Post" and Watergate to impeach him. Yet the movie "All the President's Men" tells a ridiculous story about the press bringing down a corrupt ruler. The truth * a political hack who reaches for greatness by defying the Rockefellers--would have been wonderful. Even Oliver Stone missed this story in his movie "Nixon."

Have you seen an honest movie about the murder of George Patton or Huey Long? One about 9-11? What about Margie Shroedinger, the woman who sued G.W. Bush for rape and then "committed suicide" ? There are dozens of "good guys" murdered <http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/RANCHO/POLITICS/BODIES.html%20> during the Clinton Administration. Each one would make a great movie.

[At the 1991 Bilderberg meeting, David Rockefeller thanked the media for covering up elite plans for the "supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers." "It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years."]

"News" and "Entertainment" are the main reason for our collective arrested development. They define reality, past and present. We depend on them for guidance and inspiration. There still are good movies but most fit the description above.

Hopefully the Internet will be a source of entertainment that nurtures rather than enslaves. ----- See also my "The Illuminati World of Make Believe"

Lightbulb Time to post here after a dust off from last March.

Thank you all for the effort placing the two sides of many investigations here. Yet another movie awaits, no doubt. Hollywood will do it's best for one side or the other.

Entire 6,000 page Diana dossier 'disappears' from Paris archives

Bizarre disappearance will fuel conspiracy theories

    Source: Daily Mail

The entire 6,000-page French legal dossier into the death of Princess Diana has vanished from the court archives in Paris, a lawyer claimed last night.
The mass of official documents - which stand one metre tall - was stored at the Palais de Justice central court building in the French capital.

It was compiled over three years during the official investigation in crash by French investigating magistrate Judge Herve Stephan.
But lawyer Jean-Louis Pelletier - who represents Paris paparazzi Fabrice Chassery - said when he asked to view the dossier, he was told it had disappeared.

Even a search of the court documents archives below the court building failed to uncover the hundreds of missing files.

The bizarre disappearance will fuel conspiracy theories that the highly sensitive dossier has been stolen because it contains information that Diana's death was more than a simple accident.

Another possibility is that bungling French court workers have simply "lost" the mountain of paperwork.

Other copies of the dossier still exist however. One has been sent to Lord Stevens, who is heading the British investigation into Paris accident, and another made for Lord Justice Scott Baker, the coroner at the inquest into Diana's death in London this October.

The disappearance of the Paris dossier now raises the near comic prospect of the British having to give the French back a copy of their own missing paperwork, which they sent Britain in 2005.

In Paris, Mr Pelletier said he needed to view the dossier because his client Mr Chassery, who arrived at the crash scene on the night Diana died on August 31, 1997, was still being pursued for manslaughter over the crash.
He said: "When I went in to the court to ask to see the files, I was told they weren't there.

"I know files go missing from time to time, but bearing in mind the size and importance of this particular one, it is extraordinary."

The original dossier contains thousands of pages of witness statements, the results of forensic tests on drunk chauffeur Henri Paul, photos of the crash scene and of those who died, and crucial interviews with all those involved in one of the biggest investigations in French legal history.

Copies of the dossier that were made only contained photocopies of signed documents and many did not include any photographs of the victims or the crash scene, Mr Pelletier said.

The dossier was 6,000 pages charting the investigation into the Paris crash that killed the princess

He added: "I went to every different part of the court building, thinking perhaps it had been moved from the high court archives to the criminal court or the appeal court, but no one could find it.

"A search on the computer to try to locate also revealed nothing.
"I am amazed that something like this could simply vanish."

Mr Pelletier said he needed to view parts of the dossier to defend his client against an ongoing prosecution by Mohamed Al Fayed that the French photographers who followed Diana's car on the night she died had caused the crash.

A spokesman for the Palais de Justice said: "Several requests have been made by those connected to the Diana crash investigation to view the dossier, but the paperwork is not immediately available."
It is the second time this year that elements of the dossier have vanished.

Mr Pelletier said when he viewed the dossier last May, he found photos of Diana and Dodi taken at the crash scene had gone.
He said: "It was odd. One week the photo was there and the next it was gone.

"It was a photo taken by my client Mr Chassery and at the time I believed it had been stolen. But now it is much worse. The entire dossier has gone missing."

I wonder if anything will come of this??

Fayed wins a jury for Diana inquest

    Fred Attewill and agencies
    Friday March 2, 2007
    Guardian Unlimited

Mohamed al Fayed today succeeded in his long-running campaign for a jury to hear the inquest into the deaths of Princess Diana and his son Dodi.In an unusual move, three high court judges overturned an earlier decision by the deputy royal coroner, Baroness Butler-Sloss, that she would sit alone without a jury.
The judges said jurors should hear the case because Mr al Fayed has accused "agents of the state" of masterminding the deaths. His lawyers had argued that an inquest without a jury would appear to "lack independence".

Despite the official UK police inquiry categorically stating in December that the deaths were "a tragic accident", he has consistently argued that his son and the princess were the victims of a plot by Prince Philip and the British establishment.

Speaking outside the court, Mr al Fayed welcomed the judges' ruling. "This is not the end of the road, but an important step," he said.
"The jury must now be allowed to hear the entirety of the evidence, but I fear there will be attempts to keep it from them. If so, that will be yet another battle I will have to fight."

He said he had "already had to fight for almost 10 years to establish once and for all how they died, why they died, who ordered their murders and who slaughtered them with such awful brutality".

"This is my duty as a father," he added. "I shall not fail Diana or Dodi, though the barriers erected against me have been many and formidable."
Mr al Fayed said he wanted to be sure the jury was independent, telling reporters: "You don't understand the tricks the establishment can play."
He told reporters he wanted Prince Charles and Prince Phillip to be called to give evidence at the inquest, saying: "Those are the people who really ordered the murder. I'm the only person who knows exactly what happened."

The three judges, Lady Justice Smith, Mr Justice Collins and Mr Justice Silber, rejected calls for Lady Butler-Sloss to stand down from the case, although she will no longer sit as royal coroner.

A spokesman for the Lord Chief Justice said there was "no question" of Lady Butler-Sloss standing down, adding that a pre-inquest hearing was still expected to go ahead on Monday.

Diana, 36, and 42-year-old Fayed died when their Mercedes crashed in the French capital's Pont de l'Alma tunnel in Paris on August 31 1997. The vehicle was being pursued by paparazzi photographers as it was driven from the Ritz hotel to Mr Fayed's flat.

Announcing their ruling, the judges said: "During the hearing, we were shown letters written to the press by Sir John Major and Sir Christopher Meyer, the chairman of the Press Complaints Commission, expressing concern about the harassment of [Kate] Middleton and pointing out the similarity between her treatment and that suffered by the Princess of Wales.

"They drew attention to the dangers of such behaviour and called for new sanctions against the paparazzi. It is likely that there will be a recurrence of the type of event in which the paparazzi on wheels pursued the Princess and Dodi Fayed.

"It is not only members of the Royal Family and their friends who receive this unwelcome attention. Any celebrity is vulnerable. Not only is the safety of the person pursued potentially put at risk, but there may also well be a risk to bystanders.

"In our view, occurrences such as this are prejudicial to the safety of a section of the public. It is possible that this danger could be prevented by legislation or other means."

Referring to Mr al Fayed's accusations of state involvement, they said: "If, when Lady Butler-Sloss determines the scope of the inquests, she decides that Mr al Fayed's allegation must be inquired into, the possible role of state agents would be an important consideration material to her discretionary decision whether to summon a jury.

"Indeed, we think that consideration might well be determinative in favour of summoning a jury"."

Last December, Lord Stevens concluded that there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the deaths.

The inquest is due to begin in May.

Well, this is an interesting wing nut read

THE TRUE FACTS ABOUT THE MURDER OF DIANA WOULD SHAKE THE WORLD TO ITS FOUNDATION

The following document is a top secret CIA report that was found in the Austrian hotel room of Oswald LeWinter, long time CIA operative. It was published in an Austrian newspaper which is why I have it.

I do not understand why Rumor Mill News appears to be the ONLY place that this document can be found.

I wonder if this document will be introduced at the inquest since it's obvious that Mohammed al Fayed has not only this document, but many others which were found in LeWinter's hotel room. LeWinter was trying to sell the documents to al Fayed.

The document states that the car in which Diana and Dodi were killed had been stolen and the car had been rebuilt to respond to external radio controls.

You will read that the document states that Dodi and Diana met in November 1996 and intimacy begins shortly after they meet.

If you read my article about Diana's meeting with Hillary at the White House, PRINCESS DIANA BREAKFASTS WITH HILLARY THEN FLEES U.S. you will remember this part:

WHAT DID HILLARY SAY TO THE PRINCESS WHICH SCARED HER BADLY ENOUGH TO RACE BACK TO ENGLAND AND SEEK OUT PROTECTION?

Princess Diana breakfasted with Hillary at the White House in September of 1996. Bill was in NYC at the United Nations. Whatever Hillary told Diana, it caused Diana to leave the United States immediately.

When she returned to England, one of the first people she sought out was the best friend of her father, Mohammed Al Fayed.

The following is from the recent GLOBE article.

Her fears caused her to write the note
to him (Paul Burrell) in October 1996. Before sealing
the envelope addressed just to "Paul,"
she told him, "I'm going to date this
and I want you to keep it...just in case."

    Follow the time line:

September of 1996 - Diana Breakfasted with Hillary at the White House.
October of 1996 - Diana wrote the note that Paul Burrell just published in - the note in which she stated that someone was trying to murder her by tampering with her brakes.

November of 1996 - Diana is introduced to Dodi by his father and her friend Mohammed Al Fayed. The romance begins immediately.

One of the sources for the following document is Ken Etheridge who was a source for Allan Frankovich's Maltese Doublecross. Etheridge was a long time enemy of Mohamed al Fayed.

COS Geneva means Chief of Station, Geneva... That's the CIA Chief of Station.

I don't know what CAS means - I suspect it is an acronym similar to COS
K-team may or may not refer to a secret team headed by Ollie North during the Reagan years. According to MI6 agent, Richard Tomlinson, the plan for "assassination through auto accidents" was developed by K team out of Geneva.

    TOP SECRET

Editor's Note: There is no way to prove the above document is real. According to an intelligence source, the document was intercepted by Division 5, the FBI counter intelligence unit in NYC. The Source said the documents were stolen from Division 5 by a team made up of "Faction 2" operatives.

LeWinter was part of the team, in a need-to-know-basis, as the intermediary. The purpose of the operation was to surface the documents. LeWinter is serving a two year sentence in Austria.

He was the only member of the "Team" that was arrested. It appears he was "expendable".

In a letter received from Oswald LeWinter dated January 8, 1999, LeWinter called the Vienna incident an "off-the-shelf" "Company" operation. It appears LeWinter was set up to take the fall in an operation designed to "surface" the "Diana Murder Documents."

According to LeWinter's letter, it appears the operation was planned long before LeWinter's involvement:

"At my trial, Al Fayed's security chief testified that my arrest was planned in D.C. by CIA and FBI a month before. At the time of my arrest, I was shown documents which were found in my hotel room. I had not seen them until then, since another member of the team in Vienna had given them to me the night before. I had a choice at my arrest to identify the documents as genuine or as fakes. If I said genuine I would face charges in the U.S. of high treason... so I said they were forgeries and was arrested for Fraud."
LeWinter further states: "The true facts, about the murder of Diana, would shake the World to its foundations, since it involves a number of governments and more than a number of intelligence services."

Here's more....part of what Icke was saying long ago....

    PRINCESS DIANA WAS PREGNANT

    From: dianaqueenofheaven.com

The assassins of Princess Diana believed she was pregnant and would be marrying Dodi as soon as possible. Therefore they needed to act quickly. If the assassination was hastily planned, then the people behind the murders would not have had the time to thoroughly check everything!

All they cared about is that all the loose ends would be covered up and the truth would never be known. In keeping with the airplane crash of Commerce Secretary, Ron Brown; and the automobile accident of nuclear protester, Karen Silkwood, her murder was made to look like a tragic accident. Therefore the planning of her murder had to involve a group of assassins who specialize in creating "assassidents"; airplane crashes or car accidents that are purposely created to murder people.

However, it appears as if someone within the circle of conspirators wanted to send a message not only to the World, but to the men who ordered the execution of Princess Diana.

The spot chosen to murder Diana was a sacred site which promised that those killed there would be taken directly to the Throne of Heaven. The Legend also says that once the soul returned to God, it was granted the power and the freewill to "individuate" and return to Earth in a powerful ethereal body, like a ghost or an Angel! Why would her assassins have wanted her to return to earth more powerful than before? Did they know about the Legend of Pont de L'Alma? Or did one of the assassins want the truth to be known?

PONT de L'ALMA Means Bridge of the Soul
It is a Bridge from Earth to the Throne of God

Princess Diana was murdered in an ancient Temple of the Goddess Diana, a Temple that was used for Human Sacrifice and Ritual Murder!

Was the choice of Pont de L'Alma as the site of her death deliberate? And if so, what message were her assassins sending? And to whom were they sending it?

Did the men who murdered Diana know the occult history and significance of Pont de L'Alma? The CIA/MI6 document (p.8) states that the Mercedes was stolen and rebuilt to respond to external radio controls. This is significant because the car crashed into the 13th pillar. Was the car responding to an outside radio signal?

It almost seems as if crashing into the 13th pillar was done to send a signal. One thing the New World Order likes to do is use dates, places and rituals from the past. In occult lore, this adds the power of what came before to the present. It is also a way of communicating to each other through "newspaper headlines."

    The Merovingian Bloodline

Many of the royal families of Europe trace their lineage from the Merovingian Kings. These kings are descended from Merovee, the Young, King of the Franks of Yssel (448-458). Merovee was said to be born of "two fathers", a Frankish king and a sea creature. "According to tradition, Merovingian monarchs were occult adepts, initiates in arcane sciences, practitioners of esoteric art" worthy of Merlin.

"By virtue of the miraculous property in their blood, they could allegedly heal by the laying on of hands. They were said to be capable of clairvoyant or telepathic communications with beasts and with the natural World around them.

They were regarded as the Priest-Kings embodiments of the divine, in other words, not unlike the ancient Egyptian pharaohs. They did not just rule by God's grace. On the contrary, they were apparently deemed the living embodiment and incarnation of God's grace - - a status usually reserved exclusively for Jesus.

All Merovingians followed the Pagan cult of Diana, until Clovis (481-511). Badgered by his wife, Clotilde, Clovis converted to Christianity. (In the Arthurian Legends, Arthur was a Pagan who worshiped the Lady of the Lake. Princess Diana is now called the Lady of the Lake because her Tomb is in the middle of a lake. Queen Guinevere was a Christian. Her name means "The white wave". Christianity was a white wave that swept over the pagan religions and drown them.)

The pact between Clovis and the Roman church was one of momentous consequence to Christendom, not only the Christendom of the time, but also the Christendom of the next millennium.

"Clovis' baptism was deemed to mark the birth of a new Roman empire - - a Christian empire based on the Roman church and administered on the secular level by the Merovingian bloodline. In other words an indissoluble bond was established between church and state, each pledging allegiance to the other, each binding itself to the other, in perpetuity.

"With the murder of Dagobert II in 679, the Merovingian dynasty effectively ended. With the death of Childeric III in 754 the Merovingians seemed to vanish from the stage of World history completely." (From Holy Blood, Holy Grail, Dell Publishing)

Many of the royal families of the European continent believe they are descended from Merovingians who trace their lineage not only to Jesus and Mary Magdalen, but all the way back to King David, Noah and the star Sirius. This belief does two things. It makes them feel superior to other humans, and it gives them the "divine right of kings" to rule over humans.
Why the Merovingian Legend was created is unknown, but an explanation could be it is easier to control people, when they believe you are descended from Jesus and God.

Merovingian Legends say that Pont de L'Alma was used by the Merovingian kings, to settle their blood feuds. If there was a dispute between Merovingian Kings, the two warriors would come to "Pont de L'Alma" to settle their differences. The winner of the battle would be the one who was killed. This one would go immediately to the throne of God, (which they believed was on Sirius.) From there, he would become the true ruler of the Merovingians.

The survivor would rule the Earthly realms, subservient to the will of the one who ruled from Heaven. Supposedly, the survivor would be haunted and driven mad, until he acquiesced and followed the will of his slain rival.
Princess Diana was descended from a Merovingian King.

If Merovingian Legends are to be believed, then Princess Diana is now recognized by God, as the true ruler of the Merovingian bloodline. This bloodline includes not only her own sons, but Prince Charles, Prince Phillip, all the Hapsburgs, King Juan Carlos, King Constantine, King Michael, all the Esterhaszy's of Hungary, and nearly every other European royal.

If people with Merovingian blood believe the Legend that they are descended from Jesus, then they MUST believe ALL Merovingian Legends.

The Legend of Pont de L'Alma states that if two Merovingians fight to the death on that ground, then the one who dies becomes the ruler of all Merovingians.

The CIA/MI6 document that was surfaced by Oswald LeWinter in Vienna, implicates Prince Phillip in the assassination of Diana (p.8). If Merovingian Legends are true, then Diana has been given the authority to haunt her assassins until they are driven mad!

Recently, Legionnaire's disease was found in Prince Phillip's main residence. Also, the servants in the Castle have stated that they have seen Princess Diana in some of the paintings on the stairs. Merovingian Legends state that the survivor will be haunted and driven mad until he acquiesces and follows the will of his slain rival.

Do unto Others as you would have them do unto you
