Keep the money out of The Greedy Hands of State and Local Individuals and Groups

Also...

The Federal Government should probably create Three Main Federal Zones in The United States in which The President and Company will be able to Take Action instead of having to wait for Some State Official to give them The Good to Go Signal as was the case during Katrina

Plus...

Use Katrina and Rita as A Divine Reason to Withdraw from The Middle East

And...

Let the corrupt Iraqi Government hire PMCs for their Protection - Etc

And...

Instead of The Main Military Forces of The USA waging war against The Global Jihad - Use US Air Power and Special Forces to strike hard and fast using a quick in and out method of combat where needed in The Global Conflict also known as World War III by Various Individuals and Groups

Also...

The Main USA Military Forces should be redeployed along the borders of The USA and in other areas where they are needed instead of leaving boots on the ground as targets for Bin Ladin and Company in The Middle East


[ Special Notation One ] By using The International Security Plan and War Strategy and withdrawing from The Middle East with Honor it defeats Bin Ladin and Company in that Bin Ladin and Company no longer have A Turf War to Fight which is The Main Reason for The Global Jihad in The First Place

Plus - It is stated in The Art of War by Sun Tzu that The Greatest Victory against The Enemy is defeating The Enemy without fighting The Enemy...

So - By using the strategy of withdrawing from The Middle East for Divine Reasons - Bin Ladin and Company would be defeated and their plan for destroying The USA Military Forces in The Desert would in turn be destroyed along with The UnHoly Global Jihad of Bin Ladin and Company which various sources say is codenamed Black Wind because if The Global Jihad did not end The Black Wind would turn against and destroy Bin Ladin and Company without the help of The USA Military and A Great Victory would occur in Time and Space

[ Special Notation Two ] The movie Rambo III has a key scene in it about The Holy Warriors of A Jihad and Their Reasons for A Jihad...
