    Clearing and Balancing Your Chakra's

Every day I give myself a bath, well that too, but this is a colorful light bath that clears and balances my chakra's. I use it at the beginning of my day to protect myself and set my intentions. Here are steps on how you to can balance your chakra's. Begin by sitting comfortably. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and exhale out through your mouth. Do this three times. Now begin by picturing the white light of God and of Universal love swirling around you in a counter-clockwise motion, starting at your feet, and moving up towards your head. Picture this motion of white light going around you three times, each time starting at the bottom of your feet and moving upwards. Next, start a little bit above your head, picture a purple (crown chakra - which brings in spirit) light swirling around, try counter-clockwise, if that doesn't quite feel right, trying move the purple light in a clockwise motion. How does it feel? Does it move easily, or does it feel hard to move the purple light around? If it feels "stuck" keep picturing this purple light moving in the direction you have chosen clockwise or counter-clockwise. Now take that purple light and picture it swirling around your body, swirling down toward your feet and back up again going in a clockwise or counter-clockwise motion. Once you have done this, you can move on, the purple light may be moving with ease, or feel heavy and stuck. The heavy or stuck feeling just means that the chakra is unbalanced, but the more you work at this on a daily basis, the more it will open up and balance and begin to move with ease. Moving the different color lights in a clockwise motion brings in energy to that chakra, moving the different color lights in a counter-clockwise motion repel incoming energy or protect that chakra. Now let's move to the area on the forehead which is the third-eye chakra (which is your intuitive area). Begin by picturing an indigo color light in a circular motion clockwise or counter-clockwise, whichever "feels" easier or better. Picture it moving until you feel that it is clear or moving in an easy motion, now take that indigo light and swirl it around your body, in a clockwise or counter-clockwise motion down to your feet and back up to your head. You can move the light up and down your body, once you feel you have finished with that particular chakra and are ready to move on. Next is the throat area (throat chakra, which holds anger and the ability to speak up for oneself). Picture a light blue light going in a clockwise or counter-clockwise motion. Same as above until it moves with ease or you feel you need to move on. Don't expect all these chakra's to have a "clear" or "easy" feeling the first time you do this. It may take several times before the chakra's will change and become clear and balanced (the color moving with ease). Picture the blue light swirling around your body in a clockwise or counter-clockwise motion down your body to your feet and back up again to your head. The chest area, which is known as the heart chakra (which is the center of love for self, and being able to love). This color is pink or green. Pick one of the colors and picture it moving in a clockwise or counter-clockwise motion. When you are ready you can then swirl it around your body and down to your feet and back up to your head. The diaphragm chakra (located right below your breastbone or in the stomach area) is the color of yellow, and relates to emotional issues, once again picture the yellow going clockwise or counter-clockwise. When you are ready you can then swirl it around your body and down to your feet and back up to your head. Different chakra's may move in different directions. They do not all have to go in the same direction, and will not always be the same, let your intuition be your guide. The belly chakra color is orange (this relates to sexuality) repeat sequence as stated above. Moving the color light clockwise or counter-clockwise and then down and up the body. Lastly the root chakra color is red and located in the pelvic area (this relates to safety and security in all aspects of life). Swirl the color light in the chakra area and then down and up the body. This meditation should begin to bring in healing colors and light into your spiritual being to help you to cope and deal with different aspects of your life in a more meaningful way. You will be more peaceful, life will make more sense, you will be spreading your rainbow of light our toward other people around you, and they will respond to you in a more positive way. Another way in which I use this tool is to do this to friends and family who are having a difficult time. This is called distant healing. I can picture the person in my mind's eye and send them the white light. I picture the white light starting at their feet and swirling it around their body three times. I then use the different color lights relating to each chakra; purple, indigo, light blue, pink or green, yellow, orange, and red, using each color light and swirling it around their chakra and then down and up their body. I'm often told they feel more relaxed and more peaceful and better able to handle what is currently going on in their lives at that moment. Go lightly Be Well

This is a brief description of the Seven Chakra's for those who are not familiar with them. There are also 21 minor Chakra's.

7.Worshiper It is through the crown "chakra" (Sahasrara padma) that we know and learn about the divine thoughts we are to hear. It is around the crown that artists paint halo's around the Saints. It is through the crown that many religious traditions teach practices meant to connect with the divine.

    6. Watcher The purpose of the third eye (Ajna) is to see things. To see whatever the person wants to see in going about their life and work. To see something is to know about it. That is all the Ajna is to do, this seeing.
It is like the mythical figure (no doubt misrepresented by Marvel Comics), the Watcher, who sits by the sidelines watching for eternity.

    5. Speaker It is by speaking (Visuddha) that our intent and will, our loves and hopes, our anger and joy, and everything else is made known to the world. It is through speaking, often, that we can create the things we wish to see in the world, because often creating requires telling others the vision we hold. Speaking a thought makes the thought physical and real.
One of the most powerful positions in the U.S. Congress is the Speaker of the House.

    4. Lover The heart (Anahata) is the source of romantic literature, and all romance. When we are in love, our heart is all aflutter. When love ends, our heart feels like it may break. The heart is also for our love of self, the care and nurturing we give to ourself.

    3. Maker The solar plexus (Manipura) is often thought to have brain-like functions, given that it has such a large set of nerves. In any case it is the seat of ones will-power. A common phrase is "intestinal fortitude", referring to people with enough will-power to do difficult tasks. Another observation is that when people worry, their stomach churns, coincidentally where this chakra lives.

    2. Creator The second chakra (Svadhisthana) has two purposes with one, procreation and sexual activity, generally confused as being the only role. Sex and procreation is only one form of creation, yes? Artists of all stripes also tap into the same source, this chakra, for the creative juices. Maybe this is why artists sometimes have outrageous sex lives.

    1. Exister It is through the root chakra (Muladhara) that physical existance is coordinated. This is the base of your being, the presence in the physical world, ones stability.

Thanks for all the info Shirley.Interesting enough,a few times I have used an exercise where I concentrate on the heart, activating the heart chakra to astrally project. It was quite a feeling, and if you are not prepared, you might think your heart was beating out of control. It however was not the actual heart, but the chakra becoming open and very activated.

I received a reply to my email from Albert Taylor today and thought I would post it.

    "Dear Shirley,

I am truly honored that you thought enough of the shows I did with Art to have them on tape and continue to listen to them. Now as far as your question about evil, I have not run into any evil in all of the experiences I have had to date. So, I would think that if there were and evil entity or something close to that I would have encountered it at least once. I did however scare myself in the beginning because I attempted to have an out of body experience from a position of fear. In other words I scared myself. And I have discovered that if I focus on an experience that is for my higher good, that is all I will experience. There are however other disembodied souls out the that are far less than angelical. And it is these souls who may try to play games with you if you let them. But all and all it is far safer on the other side than it is on this side. So, put away your concerns and let your soul explore."

    In Spirit,

    "Albert Taylor Ph.D."

    Hey Shirley,

Sorry, been a bit occupied elsewhere ya know Well, I have never really tried to too much and basically as I understand it,the other person would have to either be in the astral dimensions to see you ,or have the ability to see other dimensions, commonly called,'Polyvision'.

There is another factor as well, that of privacy and basic good behavior.I see it as an invasion of privacy to peek in on someone without an invitation.

CB, Albert Taylor has stated that he visited people he knew in their homes without their knowledge, also that he had never visited these homes in the physical and told them about it later and described the interior of said homes and told them what they were doing at the time and they validated it for him.

I agree you should respect privacy and basic good behavior, Albert said he stopped for that very reason, apparently the reason he did it in the beginning was an experiment.

Thank you for your response CB

I agree with everything Albert Taylor has said on the subject, and it is possible to do such things. It can be quite difficult to do though as the subconscious is used to taking over during our sleep cycles, and an OBE is very much attached to the sleep state in most conditions as the body has already shut down for sleep. It takes much practice and a high level of consciousness to do what Albert Taylor describes, but it can be done, I assure you.

I had no idea there was such a pre-flight check list before taxing off into the astral plane. I just simple self launch at mach speeds totally by passing all the above procedures.

Take for example last night or early this morning
I was busy checking on my daughter and grandson spinning the light
    of protection before
heading south to clear out the negativity surrounding Joann (that was a chore
    or lesson in resistence)
Next I was working on a Myathenis Gravis patient ... clearing up his thymus
and chakra before going inside his body to make some neuro corrections.
That's when suddenly some Man's dreamscape highjacked me for
help, he needed to arrange his space pillows ... it was so much fun moving this large inflatible containers. I remember looking through some window
waving my hands and arms manifest the precise location for giant pillow
I had so much fun that I've decided It was sinfully delightful.

Laird are you familiar with a book called Amazing Secrets of Psychic Healing by Benjamin O. Bibb and Joseph I. Weed published in 1976. It is an amazing book and teaches you how to diagnosis illness by going inside an ill persons body. I haven't read it in years but do remember Bibb saying to never heal someone without their permission.

No, can't say that I've heard or read that book.

You need an explanation don't you?

Years ago I deduced that if I could look at myself out of body
    why not look inside it

From there I found the same applied to others.

It was a normal progession of self awarness
