When I fly. If we go through any rough patchs of air. I set my right hand on the cieling, or the wall, or the floor sometimes. I close my eye's, and focus my strength into the plane.
I do this for freinds to. Lay my hand on thier sholder, and say "Let my strength be yours." It seems to comfert them, and make them stronger. ^_^

It's funny that you should mention that, you just made me remember that I do the same thing just as I enter the plane when the flight crew greets me as I board.
Here's a weird addition to it though. I always get a Tomato Juice, V8, or Bloody Mary mix with my in-flight snack. I don't know if it is for luck or for tradition's sake but I suspect it is the former![]()

Touching and revering something "elemental" always does it for me, among other things.
I've often wondered if that helps...if we all have a finite future/destiny or how when/how/where we can alter that, via free will/luck/choice or good or bad fortune....etc.?????
My current best theory is to be the best YOU that you can be...that should shake and mean something in any global/karmic/spiritual sense....both for yourself and others...I hope...
