You are "hidden," in that your name does not appear on the "members who are online list, so you have a red dot. I have a green dot because I'm not hidden--my name appears on the "online list."
Those who are not online have a grey button next to their name on their posts.

You'll still see your own name Nemo, however the others can't if you're in invisible mode...notice you have an asterisk beside your handle. If you don't want to be "invisible" you can change this in your options. When you're invisible, no other member except the Mods, Admins and you can see your handle on the "who's online" list.
