I may need some third party intervention after I discovered that someone just snatched up my password on a duplicate website when I was trying to log in
to AboveTopSecret dot com ... the log in page read BelowTopSecret ... and
I had a hellava time trying to post a new article a few minutes ago.
I'm Mark Allen won't mind me saying this over here.
I warned him about Mel's Hell Hole in San Jose.

Damn how I hate having these days online.

I've officially posted this one Oct 12, 2007 Central Daylight Savings
    12:30 pm

PS the news article I tried to upload was from AP on the new Sky Harbor full body security scanner being tested. It blew my mind, Total Recall 1990 with Arnold Schwarzenegger.

    Phoenix airport tests body-scanning machine

Phoenix process likened to strip search; officials say device not invasive

08:58 AM CDT on Friday, October 12, 2007

    Associated Press

PHOENIX – Sky Harbor International Airport on Thursday became the first in the nation to test a new body-scanning machine that could replace the metal detectors that passengers walk through at airports.

Security officials started sending passengers to the full-body scan machine in the airport's Terminal 4 on Thursday afternoon on a test basis.

The machine uses radio waves to detect foreign objects and creates an image based on energy reflected from the body. The image is viewed by an operator in a private screening room, but faces of those being screened are blurred so they can't be recognized.

Whitney Weller, a spokesman for L-3 Communications, the defense contractor that developed the machine, said the images are not explicit in any way.

While privacy advocates have compared the body scanning to strip searching, Mr. Weller said it is a safe and effective method that most people prefer.

"More than 70 percent of people – they'll choose an electronic method. People don't like being groped," he said.

The resulting three-dimensional image resembles a photo negative with a passenger's body colored in silver tones against a black background. In a media demonstration, using a female model, the image showed the outline of clothing including a brassiere and underwear. But there were no visible details beyond the body's contours.

Passengers typically stand in the scanning portal for no more than 5 seconds, turning once to allow inspection from all sides.

Transportation Security Administration officials said the TSA officer doing the screening will never see the computer image and no images are saved.

Passengers pulled out of the security line for secondary screening are able to choose the scan instead of the traditional pat-down.

Shirley Lummus, who was waiting for her granddaughters' flight to arrive, said she had no qualms about undergoing the body scan.

"It's easier than having someone patting you down. You're not even feeling it," said Mrs. Lummus, 66, of Sun City. "Too many problems in the airport. Might as well get right down to the nitty-gritty and see if there's anything there."

Ray Sanders, a 53-year-old mechanical engineer en route to Sacramento, said he would opt for a pat-down only because of concern about the use of radio waves.

Sky Harbor has been testing a similar machine that uses a low-intensity X-ray beam to scan passengers as part of efforts to find a more effective tool to search for hidden items.

its just gets stranger, when I tried to phone the 1-800 number for ATS to follow up on my email complaint it rang and rang before disconnecting me.

I'm certainly happy to be documenting this for my security. Seems those articles about AT&T might be more accurate then most of us want.

Now my windows media player has jumped versions. Damn if I can figure out how its using version 11 when I took it off under the control panel options.
I'm not daft here ... someone has overridden my programming thru a few firewalls. I have one skin that I love and its suddenly disappeared in the last 48 hours and it comes loaded only on one prior version of Windows media player. I've had to resort to using the OLD ANTIQUE windows 95 looking skin.

Come on I just load you three more cd's so you can update your mp3 player, the least you can do is give me back
    my skin you lazy lizzard.

I'm missing 72 updates from Microsoft
I have 263 files most of which are online MSN80 that can't be scanned
    by my virus software
My E drive only works if I reboot and have a CD in the bay ... my virus scan software doesn't register any E drive either.
The worst or best example was reading a file for windows media player version 11 exe during the virus scan listed under my documents. Trouble is when I use the explorer tool to view the file it doesn't exist, nor is the software active under the add or delete function on the control panel.

This is how its been for the last 10 years on all my computers.

My computer is functioning with all the odd glitches ... can't load my digital photos or CD's unless I crash the system

In the meantime my large 42 inch TV has suddenly decided to turn it self off
right after I turn it on. The smaller TV still works that set up to the same
Satellite feed. Talk about strange ... how can one work and not the other?

My computer has reverted back to not turning itself off unless I disconnect the
    power supply from the outlet.

Rejection = unsuccessful attempt to gain approval from my PC
The damn thing has a mind of its own.

This is weird, the web camera that I've used on a laptop under windows XP
suddenly won't load the software correctly on the desktop xp ... my guess is my desktop isn't home edition of xp but a network version after viewing the BLACK
DOS screen that popped up to say my disk was corrupt.

None of you will get to see an image of me this Halloween

The Topper effect is back in full force this evening. Not sure why.
Twice in the last three hours all the power was shut off on my road
and it came be when I was trying to download declassified files from the CIA
What are the odds of that? LOL

I'm still battling the Microsoft MEDIA player for control. This morning when I turn on the computer (after the 5 inches of rain, thunder and lightning storm) my computer suddenly refused or I should say denied me access to any word processor only popping up a MS message window saying the files have been changed. DUH ... next I find all my word processors are flying out thru a FAX loophole under outlook express which I never use.

When I tried to right or left click on my desktop icons all I got was a highlighted icon. Out of desperation I use the CTRL.ALT,DEL key method to gain control.

This crap started two days ago when I read another personal crapy nasty horoscope. Seems someone wanted me to know that I'm a simple minded person who needs to reconsider my position based upon monetary needs.

Pardon my French behind ... this is my computer and this is my life

I've reached the conclusion that my pc is a black hole ... limitless software crap like viewing the contents on the inside of a dirty vacuum cleaner bag.
Its cluttered with debris and it won't load or play Stantana either.

Ah man this ain't fair ... I'm on vacation with the one laptop I refuse to use within 100 miles of home to witness more software glitches.

The firefox suddenly has a major glitch where I can NOT clear my online history or info even after clicking on the options screen.

The IE 7 isn't any better after watching it tell me to down load Adobe flash player which I did three times yet it doesn't function.

I did get this laptop to update a few of the Microsoft updates.
