Different images from various decks resonate for different people.. you should look around and find one that you really connect with!
I would guess. I wound up getting a fairly nice piece of software that allows the use of a bunch of decks. A couple of people have told me that software is, "invalid" but for the life of me do not understand that at all. Mostly because of the darn idea of randomness.

Laugh. I'm saying, "BS" because there should be no correlation between playing cards, their imagery, and a person's personality or soul. Maybe with the exception of looking at it as a form of mystical psychology.
The woman gets off her horse landing on the evening dirt road her mind momentarily filled with the imagery she loves of a man looking at and to The Universe and all its potential realities through a clear starlit sky. She shakes her head quickly and subtely to dismiss the images that a card invoked.
That just from looking at some artwork on a Tarot card and focused into a fictional paragraph to employ a free ranging uncensored imagination.

I don't understand this thread. I take the tarot very seriously.
I think it is sacred. I don't find any bs in it, except from people that do not understand it's true depth?

Good to see you. I was surprised that anyone happened upon this old thread of mine. I wrote it at the time as a form of creative writing, exploration, and humor.
I will first admit that I have only a rudimentary understanding of Tarot as a practiced school of thought. And yes, have also noticed the possibilities of both depth and sacredness in relation to Tarot Decks.
I believe what was part, and still is, part of my mentality is the old debate of divination as a dubious and too inaccurate practice. I do read them infrequently for fun, entertainment, and even productive insights when in a more serious mood.
I apologize if what was only creative writing humor in this thread of mine offended what can obviously be a deep spirirtual practice for I've no idea how many men and women.
