Well, I don't think it is a Christmas thing, but I really really love this stuff my family and I have always called Brown Stuff, but I think it needs a better name. It's refried beans, lots of cheese, ground sausage (the spicier the better), and whatever else you feel like adding. It goes great as chip dip, with a spoon and bowl like chili, on tortillas, tostadas, tacos, in burritos, you name it, it's awesome. It's even delicious as left overs for as long as you want. Well, all food spoils eventually. And if you don't like meat, well, just add spices and stuff to compensate for not having any sausage. It's awesome, I love it. Merry Christmas!!

We eat certain foods for Christmas dinner, it's our tradition, but one tradition from my family that I'm glad we haven't done at all is Lutefisk! Eeeeewww!! Look it up, it's a Norwegian dish, nasty stuff.

I dunno what else to say, I don't do the cooking most of the time, so I don't know any recipes.
